  Came to support our service man, looked for weeks of reviews. Stayed the night across the road at the Hampton Inn. Also wasn't great, but here was better. You can take a look at that review as well. We didn't eat breakfast, cannot speak on that. We we placed right next to the elevator, was a kid crying nearby that we could hear clear as day as well. If we were not so tired I think it would've been a problem. Room was cleaner that the other across the way. Lots of places to eat nearby. Was just my partner and I. Every time you move in the bed or someone does the whole thing moves. Got ok sleep, brought our own bedding. When we left, it had rained all night and they had caution taped up around the entrance, didn't know what for but was unsettling wheeling my stuff to my vehicle. Thankfully not old or needed to have my car parked up to load, otherwise wouldn't have been able to.

  I normally stay at this location when I come to Columbus. This stay I had bugs 🐞 in the room on the ceiling falling in my bed . Dead bugs all in the room, The front desk and manager was not helpful at all. They had the maintenance man come in the room to inspect . I requested another room , I was told the hotel was full . I was told by front desk that they would provide me another room and did NOT. I have more to say about this stay buts anyways I end up leaving and going to another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. I had early engagements the next morning. I drove 5 hours from out of town and the room was trashed . I would not recommend this hotel if you do stay, please check your room for bugs on ceiling and in your bed.?The manager did not help at all Period. If I could give a negative 0 I would. And called corporate about this matter.

  Nice room, two queen sized beds plus queen pull out couch, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was ok, eggs, yogurt, lots of pastry but no gluten free options.

  Great BIG room, breakfast was great, hotel was quiet and clean. Would stay again for sure! Room was less than $80 through third party

  I've stayed at this hotel several times now and each time has been nothing but a great experience. The rooms are always clean and the staff are always nice and helpful. Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Columbus area.
