- CICombes Home InspectionApr 2, 20264.0We stayed here for 1 night to fly out at the airport. At check-in the 2 front desk employees were very nice & speedy. Their airport shuttle is offered 24hrs which is fantastic since we had to leave hotel at 4am. The furniture in the room was worn down but for what we needed the room was just fine. The bar could use some help. The bartender was Extremely Slow & didn't know how to make a basic cocktail(mule). Overall good hotel choice for airport travelers.

When we expressed frustration, hostess gave us a thinly-veiled flip-off. Wow! 3.) Upholstery chair in room a bio-hazard. 4.) Window curtain shredded like something from a haunted house in Scooby Doo, seriously 5.) Full-length mirror cleaned halfway up. 6.) both room lamps literally falling apart. 7.) $147. after tax for 1 night from Hotwire. 8.) Grouchy shuttle driver in the morning. The whole thing was an insult.

Nobody informed us about this before our arrival. If we had known, we could have prepared for it, but instead we were surprised at the reception after a long trip. This is not how you should treat guests who already paid for their stay. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff Brad, Chrystal, Johnnie, and Netsanet are consummate professionals! We had a large group and they met all our requests with a smile! Great value for the price!
