    I've stayed here twice so far. All the staff I've dealt with have been extremely friendly & helpful. Rooms were nice, beds decent, and cleanness was a non issue. Water pressure is pretty good, very hot water! This location is very busy, but they get you checked in quickly. Typical IHG breakfast, was a little disappointed in the selections, some of the food looked sad. Only complaints for me is you have to pay to park, which isnt listed anywhere I've seen through using their app. I'm a diamond elite member so I received $5 pff the $15 parking, which made it a little better, but I want to know this prior to booking, maybe I missed it. Since you have to pay to park the parking lot is enclosed which addes securit. Secondly not one day I've stayed here was bacon served... I almost took a star off for it, but I enjoyed my stay. Would visit again.

    Had shuttle service to and from airport. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Baggage storage for those leaving later in the day. Restaurants nearby.

    I had a great experience checking in thanks to Qubilliah. As a Diamond member, I understand upgrades aren’t always available, but she went above and beyond to make up for it by speeding up my check-in process and providing complimentary parking. Her professionalism, efficiency, and willingness to take care of guests did not go unnoticed. Truly appreciated!

    Clean rooms, friendly/professional staff and front desk. Only stayed one night but was pleasant and quiet. Requested an extra late checkout amd was unbothered. Great stay. Keep it up!

    Shuttle is not even remotely labeled properly and does not include the actual hotel serviced which is especially unhelpful when there are something like 3 other holiday inns
