I UNDERSTAND WHY THIS HOTEL HAS LOW STARS. WE TRIED TO BOOK ONE OF OUR EMPLOYEES TO STAY HERE, BUT BECAUSE THE LINK THEY SENT THROUGH EMAIL WASN’T WORKING, THE FRONT DESK TOLD US TO SEND THE INFORMATION TO THE EMAIL THEY PROVIDED. WHEN IT WAS TIME FOR OUR EMPLOYEE TO CHECK IN, WE SPOKE TO THE MANAGER, AND HE WOULDN’T LET THEM CHECK IN AND COMPLETELY LIED ABOUT HAVING RECEIVED THE INFORMATION WE SENT IN.

I came for a brief stay. The room is small, but it surprised me a bit that it lacks a desk. The WiFi was also down at the time of check in. However, the hotel is conveniently located near the airport and several other locations. Hopefully the Internet will get back up. Oh I will add that it's $15 a night to park.

I found myself in need of a comfortable place to rest near the airport ahead of a mid-morning flight. This hotel seemed to fit the bill at a reasonable price. And fit the bill is precisely all it did. Upon walking down the hallway toward my room, I was immediately overcome by the rather powerful stench of cleaning chemicals—overpowering, to say the least. When we entered the room, my young son promptly kicked off his shoes and ran about for a good fifteen minutes before climbing onto the bed. As he revealed the bottoms of his feet, they were positively black with dirt. Given the strength of those chemical smells in the hallway, I suppose at least it was clean dirt. We then settled in to relax and watch a bit of television. Unfortunately, the set refused to connect to either the cable box or the internet. I picked up the phone to call the front desk, only to be greeted by a completely dead line. After some time, a couple of maintenance fellows arrived and managed to resolve the issues about an hour later. Next came bath time for my little one and those blackened feet. However, there was no stopper to be found in the tub. So we attempted a shower instead, but the valve to switch the water over would only turn halfway. At least we had running water from both sources. Meanwhile, I couldn’t help but notice the tub spigot was noticeably detached from the wall, leaving a rather sizable gap—perfect for letting water seep into the wall and cause major damage, not to mention an ideal spot for mold to take up residence. I slept as well as one could under the circumstances, knowing we had an early flight and the usual uncertainties with TSA ahead of us. The following morning, the breakfast offerings were indeed present, though I must say they were a bit on the stingy side.

We needed to stay in ATL for 2 nights to start our trip. Family of 4 with lots of luggage. I booked what I thought was an accessible suite to accommodate us. I booked through Expedia just to be honest. We arrived real late, checked in, went to dinner without see g the room. Came back and found a standard room that was very cramped and not “accessible”. I waited till morning because it was very late and when I went down to the desk I was told they don’t have suits. You ca imagine the conversation. They basically said it was Expedia’s fault and take it up with them. After I went back and did some research and found on their very own website you can book a suite that they don’t have. I went back to the desk and told her and she said they dont have them still and it’s probably the other Holiday inn. I gave up because in the end we were leaving and I booked the rooms cheap. Someone is lying. There is also no mention that you have to pay to park on their website or on Expedia. After I booked a “fact sheet “ was emailed that said it was $10 to park. Upon arrival it was shared that it’s now $15/day. The refrigerator didn’t work and all the food we bought the first night went bad because it was so late we didn’t check until morning. The fridge was turned off when we got there and it clicked on so we thought it was good and went to bed. The thermostat for the ac was broken and the room was 62° each morning. The front desk was rude and not helpful. Last part is we are booked for 1 more night to end our trip. I tried to cancel and Expedia policy is to cancel with the hotel itself. Holiday inns policy is to not cancel third party bookings so you’re stuck with it. I could fight this more but I’m on vacation and it’s the last thing I want to do. After all it’s just a bed for the night. But I will probably never stay at another Holiday inn again. I always have bad experiences with them. Attaching photos that show you can book a suite and that it’s the correct address. Oh yeah these rooms have not been “fully updated” in ‘26. Maybe some minor repairs but that’s it. I could go on and on but the waves crashing outside the window of their competitors suite is putting me to sleep.

Omg LOVE it. Swift pickup from the airport (every 15min before the hour and 15min after the hour, 24/7 from domestic terminal). Driver, front desk team, and staff were friendly and helpful. Clean, spacious room. Unbeatable value, perfect airport stay. Big thanks to Zee for the hospitality as I checked in :) I’ll be back again when traveling through ATL.
