    Staff was not noce at all. Because they're in a really bad neighborhood, they kind of treat everybody like a homeless person trying to break in. They keep all the doors locked and have to buzz you in. They charge you $14 for parking which is really unnecessary and charge you $13 for a breakfast buffet that's the same as the free buffet you get at most hotels these days. The rooms are run down and poorly designed. There is a minfridge haphazardly in the corner. Coffee maker dis not work in the room. Curtains ripped. They use large bottles of shampoo and conditioner but you have to place them on the floor in the shower. The neighborhood is dying with lots of closed restaurants and businesses.

    I had a delayed flight, so I wound up staying at hotel Indigo. Simone and her colleague were wonderful at the front desk! Even though a lot of us were emotionally bankrupt and physically exhausted, both of them helped the influx of late night guests with smiles and some laughter. Besides that, the accommodation was wonderful. A nice shower that is bigger than most I’ve seen in hotels I’ve stayed in and the A/C was definitely on, which I loved! I didn’t use any amenities, as I was just there for 5 hours to recharge before my next leg. I cannot commend Simone and her counterpart enough! They were truly amazing.

    Special thanks to Simone for the warm welcome. We truly enjoyed our stay — it was comfortable, quiet, and we appreciated the security present during our late arrival. Our room was spotless and perfectly comfortable, as always. November 13-14, 2025

    Lovely experience at Hotel Indigo Atlanta. After our late night flight was canceled, we called six hotels looking for accommodations, encountering varying degrees of rudeness and incompetence. Hotel indigo had rooms and treated us sooo nicely. They even offered free toiletries since our luggage was still at the airport. Crystal, Hopia and Ron were so courteous, helpful and kind. Thank you for a great experience from three very tired travelers. You were just what we needed.

    "During my arrival to the hotel at approximately 5:15pm, I entered the hotel and asked to use the bathroom, the on-duty supervisor stated the restrooms were for guest only. I replied to him that I was a guest and proceeded to walk towards the restrooms, when he stated that if I was not a guest there was going to be a problem. This was a overt threat against my person. I turned and asked, why would he insinuate that I was lying and that he should not speak to guest in that manner. After I'd finished using the restroom and went back my vehicle unloaded my luggage and my wife and I went to the female employee at the counter to complete our check-in, she was very professional, and customer service oriented it was a pleasure to have dealt with her. Upon, completing my check-in I asked the female employee, if the manager was in and she said that he was not available and gave me his contact information. The supervisor was rude and very disrespectful to a guest; his behavior was a failure in leadership and as a supervisor extremely poor. While the facility was nice and all the other staff members were professional and displayed pride in their duties."
