Great location, nice rooms although the laminate floors need replacing. Staff was incredibly helpful, hospitable and friendly. Only critique was that they charged $12 for an incredibly limited selection, low quality, low effort breakfast that should’ve been free given its quality.

This was my second time staying here. We just stayed one night to be close to the airport. Shuttle was easy to get and from airport. The only problem I had was when we picked up our car, we had to walk through the lobby to get to our car. The African American woman at the front desk was very rude. I needed to use the restroom before our long drive home and I was already at the car in the back. I had to walk around the hotel to go back to the front which was fine at first. I walked straight to the restroom and as soon as I got there inside the LOCKED stall, the front desk worker barged in and assaulted me with the bathroom door and hurt my elbow really bad. She was trying to not let a PAYING customer use the bathroom. She was yelling at me and just being so mean even after I explained I was a PAYING customer. She tried saying she was saying “ma’am” before I went in there, but I just didn’t hear her. I was focused on trying to get to the bathroom. That put a really bad taste in my mouth. Before the interaction with her, I most definitely would have stayed at that hotel again. But now, I’m not sure if I would stay here again. There’s plenty of other hotels with better customer service. I really hope this employee gets reprimanded or something for assaulting and hitting me with a door when I was already pulling my pants down in the LOCKED bathroom stall.

Staff was not noce at all. Because they're in a really bad neighborhood, they kind of treat everybody like a homeless person trying to break in. They keep all the doors locked and have to buzz you in. They charge you $14 for parking which is really unnecessary and charge you $13 for a breakfast buffet that's the same as the free buffet you get at most hotels these days. The rooms are run down and poorly designed. There is a minfridge haphazardly in the corner. Coffee maker dis not work in the room. Curtains ripped. They use large bottles of shampoo and conditioner but you have to place them on the floor in the shower. The neighborhood is dying with lots of closed restaurants and businesses.
