- PMPopa Marian3 days ago1.0Very bad experience at Hotel Indigo. We already paid for our rooms in advance, but when we arrived at the hotel they suddenly asked for an additional deposit. Nobody informed us about this before our arrival. If we had known, we could have prepared for it, but instead we were surprised at the reception after a long trip. This is not how you should treat guests who already paid for their stay. Very disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff Brad, Chrystal, Johnnie, and Netsanet are consummate professionals! We had a large group and they met all our requests with a smile! Great value for the price!

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, and the staff was very friendly throughout my stay. The continental breakfast was okay and did the job. The workout area isn’t the greatest, but it was enough to get me through two weeks of training. The parking lot felt secure. The beds were very comfortable, and the pillows were nice and fluffy. My room didn’t have a desk, which made it a little tough since I had some work and training to do in the room, but it wasn’t a deal-breaker. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean and tidy every day. Overall, I’d stay there again.
