- JHJ H5 days ago2.0Clean rooms and good breakfast. Unfortunately I stayed here going to and from a trip to europe because it's right by the airport. First stay we could not get in contact with the hotel at all because every single phone number (of which there are several) on their email and website are incorrect. We found out through another bus driver that the shuttle was down so we had to pay to get to the hotel. Second visit we had the correct phone number so we called to see if the shuttle was running as we had been waiting at the airport around 40 mins. The first call they did not answer and the second call just sent me to an automated voicemail about shuttle service. Luckily the kind man driving the Hilton shuttle picked us up and dropped us off. Front desk staff was all extremely kind people, although breakfast staff not so much. I am an ihg club member and have worked at a Holiday Inn Express for the past five years and I have to say I was really quite upset with my stays here.

Made me feel very welcomed. The rest of the staff, Andre and everybody was all super nice. The shuttle service to and from the airport was also convenient and seems effectively run. Perfect hotel for my requirements. Thanks everyone.

Cheba was AMAZING , very beautiful spirit! made breakfast a wonderful experience. I however wish parking was free. we got the suite , wish i expected to be more updated and have more appliances.
