  Hotel molto vicino all aeroporto quindi comodo per alloggiare in caso di partenze mattutine. Lo shuttle è molto comodo e facile da trovare. Forse qualcosa in più a colazione non guasterebbe.

  10 out 10 hands down everything was great the Staff was amazing ,the breakfast was tasty and good the hotel was clean the housekeeper was great I will come here again for sure

  My stay at the Holiday Inn Express was absolutely AMAZING!!!! My flight got cancelled, and DJ at the front desk was incredible from the moment I walked up. He was so apologetic, patient, and understanding during a very stressful situation. He went above and beyond to help me with a late checkout, which truly made all the difference. It’s rare to find customer service that genuine! Brenda, the housekeeper, was amazing as well, her energy was EVERYTHING!! She was so warm, kind, and welcoming. You can tell she takes pride in what she does, and that positive spirit does not go unnoticed. The drivers, Mr. Thomas and Kala, were both AMAZING!!!! Professional, friendly, and right on time. They made transportation smooth and stress-free. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff really made this stay stand out. Even with my travel hiccup, they turned the experience into a positive one. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will absolutely stay there again!!

  I had an exceptional experience thanks to DJ at the front desk. From the moment I arrived, he provided outstanding customer service with professionalism, warmth, and genuine care. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a guest. It’s rare to encounter someone who takes such pride in their work, and DJ absolutely stands out. The hotel is fortunate to have him representing their team!

  Great location to the Georgia International Convention Center. DJ at the front desk is amazing!! He is one of the most professional persons in hospitality I have ever come in contact with. Upon arrival, an airport bus had just unloaded. With calm and care, he checked everyone in quickly and efficiently. Our third and final night during our stay, I witnessed the same again while yet another airport bus unloaded at 11pm. The rest of the staff I came in contact with were also great!
