    Had a great stay here. All the staff were really friendly and welcoming. I was able to get late checkout for 2pm. Their airport shuttle is every 30 mins, and they go to Delta HQ if requested (airport is prioritized, so plan your ride accordingly). The phone number in the confirmation email doesn't work, but the number on Google maps works.

    Dear Holiday INN Express Management Team, I am writing to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation for two outstanding employees at your location Rose Marie and Mike. After experiencing a very difficult and disappointing stay at another hotel, along with flight delays that stretched over two days, arriving at your hotel was truly a breath of fresh air. Mike went above and beyond in every way. When he picked us up on the shuttle after our delayed flight, he was extremely courteous and professional. He did not allow us to get out or touch our bags, ensuring everything was handled for us with care. He made sure the bus was clean, assisted us promptly when we called, informed us about breakfast, and provided front-door service with kindness and respect throughout the entire process. His demeanor alone made a huge difference in how we felt after such an exhausting experience. Rose Marie was equally remarkable. When I called from the airport very early in the morning, close to 4:00 a.m. She was warm, patient, and incredibly kind over the phone. She gave precise information about when the shuttle would arrive, which helped ease my anxiety during an already stressful time. When we arrived at the hotel, she greeted us with such warmth, saying, “Hello, you made it,” and that simple moment meant more than she could ever know. Hearing her lovely voice and feeling genuinely welcomed made me feel at home something I had not felt at all during my time in Atlanta until that moment. Both Rose. Marie and Mike helped my daughter and me feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. As a leader myself, I recognize dedication, professionalism, and heart when I see it. These two employees exemplify what true hospitality looks like. They are hardworking, compassionate, and deserving of recognition. Quite honestly, they deserve raises for the way they represent your brand and serve your guests with excellence. Please know that because of Rose Marie and Mike, my experience at Holiday INN Express was memorable in the best possible way.     We had no soap in our rooms and the hot water was kinda non-existent. A luke warm shower at best. But Sheba and everyone else at the front on the morning of 12/22/25 were amazing and personable and fun. And the breakfast was delicious for hotel standards. Everyone was accommodating. Im sure if i had cared to call about the soap and the hot water they would have been as accommodating as possible. You need a night to stay and are by the airport? Go here

    I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding my recent experience. I booked a room using my points for my 34-year-old son, who was spending the weekend in Atlanta. The day before his arrival, I called the hotel to inform them that he would be the one checking in and staying in the room. Despite this advance notice, when my son arrived, he was denied access to the room, leaving him stranded with nowhere to stay. The front desk attendant informed me that only the primary guest could check in. I explained that I was calling from Maryland and had successfully booked rooms for my son in the past without issue. Unfortunately, the hotel showed no concern for his safety or the difficult situation this policy created, especially during a busy weekend when most hotels were fully booked. Additionally, there is no information on the IHG website or the hotel website indicating that the primary guest must be present to check in. We contacted IHG Customer Service multiple times, but were transferred and disconnected several times without resolution. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect as a loyal Platinum Elite member. To make matters worse, I was only refunded half of the points used for the reservation, even though the stay never occurred.
