    I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I had a reservation but was involved in a car accident caused by a drunk driver while traveling and was physically unable to make it to the hotel. Despite explaining the situation and providing details, the hotel still charged my card and refused to offer any refund or accommodation. I understand policies exist, but showing zero compassion for a guest who was in an accident is extremely disappointing. Situations like this are completely outside of someone’s control, and most businesses would try to work with the customer in good faith. Because of the lack of empathy and unwillingness to resolve the situation reasonably by ARON at the front desk, I would not recommend staying here.

    I chose Holiday Inn for a short overnight stay and it served my needs well. The lobby looked modern and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with good lighting and effective air conditioning. I slept well and didn’t notice much noise from outside or the hallway. The only minor issue was that the TV remote was slow to respond at times, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, everything functioned as expected, making it a pleasant stay.

    If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. The ONLY reason I am writing this review is because the General Manager, Johnathan H, is now ignoring my emails after I offered what I felt was like a reasonable solution to the problems we had. I will give him one ounce of credit as he originally responded agreeing that the stay was unacceptable, but other than that . . crickets. My family stayed in this hotel February 13-16, 2026 due to attending a local cheer competition, and it was an awful experience. The first issue was the whole weekend there was not ONE ounce of hot water when needing to shower, washing hands, or any other body part. It was also brown when coming out of the faucets, but at least if it would have been hot we could have made due. It was brought to the attention of the on duty manager (by many people within our cheer gym btw), who was extremely rude and condescending. When my husband went downstairs to talk to the staff, the manager said to him, "Are you sure you're turning the handle all the way, because that's how you get hot water". Are you kidding? As a family who travels frequently, you don't think it's not known how to operate a shower? Which Johnathan agrees, "hot water is a basic necessity, and the fact that your family had to take cold showers and deal with discolored water is completely unacceptable". So Johnathan, do you still agree? Or you only acknowledged that to check the block of responding? Issue number two, while my husband was addressing this problem with the staff, the manager was extremely rude and condescending to the woman working the front desk. He was degrading her and treated her awful. No staff member, NO MATTER their position, deserves to be treated like that. Ever. Issue number three, the lack of working outlets. As I mentioned in my email to this hotel, when you consider hiring a plumber don't forget to add on the electrician. Maybe you can get a two for one special? Lastly, to just add insult to injury, when these issues were brought to the staff at the hotel DURING the stay, their solution? To offer/refund free parking. Which does nothing for the stay considering we didn't rent a car and didn't pay for parking. I would NOT recommend this hotel if it was the last standing building on this earth . . and I don't say that lightly considering I am prior military and have stayed at some pretty awful places during a deployment. Also Johnathan, if/when you read this, my email is the same. A response would be great!

    Excellent stay! The hotel was extremely clean, well maintained, and very comfortable throughout my visit. Everything from the rooms to the common areas, was spotless and made my stay very pleasant. I’d especially like to recognize Fabiana for her outstanding service. Her attention, professionalism, and willingness to help were truly above and beyond. She made sure everything during my stay went perfectly and her hospitality really stood out. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Atlanta. Great service, great cleanliness, and a wonderful staff.

    Never give bad reviews, don't like make people unhappy, but this situation pushed me. When you have very important trip and you need to sleep well.... My family member stayed in this hotel for 1 night from 2-3 march at room # 514. It was awful, the worst experience. The whole night was construction in the next door room. He called customer service 2 times in the evening, they promised to quit works. But at 12 a.m He was woken up by the drilling noise . The disturbance continued late into the night without any prior notice at check-in or through written communication in the room. The guest expected basic comfort and the opportunity to rest, especially during nighttime hours. This situation negatively affected his experience and overall . Never book this hotel in the future, nor recommend it to others.
