The shuttle ran on time, the Wi-Fi stayed stable while I worked, and the staff treated me like a person rather than just another check-in. It’s clean, dependable, and practical. If you’re flying into Atlanta and need a place where you can actually rest and get work done, this is a strong choice.

Our room would not get below 77 degrees...in December.. the front desk didn't offer us a new room until 3 hours before we checked out. The carpet was torn exposing the tack straps. I had to pound the nails in so we would not hurt our self. The front desk is all very rude. Our flight got canceled so delta put us up in this dump. I asked the desk is they had the complementary toothpaste, toothbrush, and deodorant... they did but had to pay $4 per item...

The gate to get out was broken one time. The mini fridge in the room froze my iced coffee inside. Carpet in the room felt gross. Front desk lady was a bit rude. No laundry unfortunately. Had a room with connecting door so I could hear kids screaming. Walls are thin. Overall wouldn’t recommend.
