- SCShannon CarlsonApr 4, 20261.0As a Diamond Elite member that stays in IHG properties 200 plus days year y'all need to do better. Small things like the hand sanitizer dispensers being empty. The water dispenser in the gym not working. Common floors are dirty. Pool should be done by now too.

Many employees have been there 10–20 years, which speaks volumes about the management and overall culture. It shows in the way they treat guests and maintain the property. The attention to detail, especially when it comes to cleanliness and guest experience, is clear. The staff takes pride in what they do, and it creates a comfortable, stress-free stay. That is concerning for a lot of reasons…but currently it’s 1am and a room nearby is blasting a war video game. It’s been an hour since I let the front desk know and they still haven’t called or knocked on his room to enforce the quiet hours - when I let them know about the noise they said they didn’t have a security guard here. I thought that meant they would at least call the room themselves and make sure they quieted down, but no. I asked to move rooms and was told the whole hotel is booked. Highly recommend staying at any other chain vs getting no sleep at this one and risking not being able to sleep or move hotels.
