- BBBen BurdetteOct 9, 20252.0We get into our room and unpacked around 9:30 pm only to see a big cockroach climbing on the wall, we switched us to another room and there were the blinds being held together with packing tap and one of the beds had a blanket with a large tare it in. At least 3rd time was okay. But definitely wasnt prepared to move our stuff into 3 different rooms that night.
- HPH POct 5, 20254.0Check-in was fast and the receptionist working at night on 10/3 was really friendly. Hotel is newer and in a convenient location to the highway. Upon entering the room, I did notice a bit of a musty smell, but it seemed to lessen once I cooled the room off. Also, the bathroom sink in Room 411 was very very slow to drain and would have overflowed after a minute or so of continuously running water if you didn’t notice. I raised the stopper up and down a few times to try and clear it, which did help some, but probably needs maintenance. Bed was comfortable and room was spacious. Breakfast the next morning was good and had fresh food rotated in. Overall, a good experience and I’d stay again if I was ever in the area.
