  $200 a night and this hotel doesn’t keep a security staff overnight. That is concerning for a lot of reasons…but currently it’s 1am and a room nearby is blasting a war video game. It’s been an hour since I let the front desk know and they still haven’t called or knocked on his room to enforce the quiet hours - when I let them know about the noise they said they didn’t have a security guard here. I thought that meant they would at least call the room themselves and make sure they quieted down, but no. I asked to move rooms and was told the whole hotel is booked. Highly recommend staying at any other chain vs getting no sleep at this one and risking not being able to sleep or move hotels.

  Undergoing a complete renovation! The new rooms are great! My husband stayed there for work for a week, very nice!

  I have stayed at hundreds of IHG hotels throughout the country due to previous travel job. I always stayed with IHG and am a loyal customer. We stayed at this location a year ago. All was fine except someone was smoking pot close to us and we could smell it. Front office girl wouldn’t do anything about it. Also in the middle of the night someone set off the fire alarm. After asking the manager did call me. Apologized about the alarm but hadn’t been told about my other issue. Said he wanted this to not adversely reflect on them. I said it wouldn’t and would stay again. Well… we stayed again. The front desk gentleman didn’t even smile and was not welcoming. Didn’t acknowledge my IHG status. Room was fine but was not based on my room requirements. I ask for a high floor and far away from the elevator. Didn’t get either. Also there was no chair in the room. Instead there was a like half of a twin bed against the wall. It stared against a blank wall. You had to turn your head to watch tv and talk to anyone in the room. Got a sore neck. Had breakfast at the buffet. Again the designer for IHG fell short. You would think butter would be by the toast. No it was on the other side of the counter. There were three choices of juice-orange, apple and cranberry. Get rid of one and add ice tea. Also why couldn’t they have hot chocolate packets by the coffee. We stayed during that terrible cold front and since I don’t drink coffee there was nothing hot to drink. I didn’t check out thru my phone but went to the front desk since I wanted a receipt. I received one but no smile and how was your stay. Come on guys-you can do better.
