- DSDarlene StoneNov 9, 20255.0I want sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised! The hotel was easy to find. The person at the desk was friendly and personable. There was a surprise $50 security deposit required. It was given back at checkout. For some reason I got a handicap room… but it was fine for my needs. There was an elevator. The room was very clean and updated. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer and coffee maker in room. AC worked great. Lots of tv channels. WiFi worked fine. Beds comfortable. Motorized window shades. Gas/convenience store next door. Nice breakfast 6-9 in dining room. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, waffles, yogurt, fruit, toast, cereals, coffee and juice. Quiet place. Pets ok for an extra $20. I’d go here again!!

Funny, in the past, they didn't try to make it go thru until I arrived at the hotel...I cannot recommend a hotel with such non customer oriented service. I got NO apology or any kind of compensation either. Do NOT stay here.

The room was clean for the most part but I noticed that it didn't look like they were bothering to clean behind the bathroom door as the flooring there was really dusty. There were a few small things that could have used some maintenance, like some places on the wall and ceiling that could use some touch up paint, etc. The breakfast wasn't bad. They had scrambled eggs, sausage bagels, waffles, cereal, etc.
