- THTeena HardwickMar 11, 20265.0This is my go-to hotel when I’m in Carrollton. It’s always clean and quiet. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. It’s convenient to a variety of restaurants and stores. The morning and evening staff, Jamar and Brittney, are both exceptional! They were friendly and helpful.

During my check in experience she never looked me in my face. Was on the phone the entire time talking about me and my reservation instead of asking me questions. We are utility power workers staying here to keep the power on during the ice storm. We definitely should not be treated with such disrespect. Instead of worrying about why we weren’t able to check in the night before maybe think …. Hmmm they were working through the night. do your job!!!!!!… like we do our job to keep the power on.

I have stayed twice both times I’ve been exceptional. The staff are very welcoming and polite and make you feel like home even when I had to leave before the doors were unlocked the next morning one of the staff was preparing coffee for the lobby and was so polite there are hotels closer to my son‘s house, but I will always stay at this one if I need a hotel in Carrollton.
