I was greeted by Monica and she was pleasant on the phone and when I arrived she had the biggest smile and was so welcoming. When I got down to the room Matina was freshening up rooms and you could not ask for anyone to be any kinder. She retrieved extra towels for me, asked me if I needed a bottle of water, just anything to make my stay enjoyable. The room was clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast was good, coffee was fresh brewed by the cup and was so good. Monica and Matina represent the hotel well and make you feel your presence matters. Whoever hired them made a great selection. Thanks ladies!
