    I stayed at this hotel recently and had one of the most unsettling experiences I’ve ever had while traveling. Check-in was smooth, but upon entering my room I realized it was the wrong room type. I had requested a king but was given a double queen. It was late, and I decided it wasn’t worth returning to the front desk to change it. Around 9:00 PM I heard unusual rubbing and movement at my door, as though someone was attempting to open it. I had both the deadbolt and latch engaged; I knocked on the door from inside to make it clear the room was occupied. A while later someone returned and again tried to access the door, and I could hear voices in the hallway saying the room was “supposed to be empty.” At approximately 10 PM, someone claiming to be from the front desk began pounding loudly on my door and shouting that the room should be vacant. I was in bed and told them to leave. They continued to pound and then threatened to call the police if I didn’t come to the door. I was naked and trying to sleep and refused. I gave them my name through the closed door, and they left. The whole episode was terrifying and took me more than an hour to calm down and fall back asleep. The next morning I attempted to speak with the manager, but she was not on-site. The front desk supervisor listened, seemed concerned, and said the manager would call me — but no call ever came. The hotel made a small mistake, and a serious mistake, disturbed me in the middle of the night, and then failed to follow up. This reflects poor training and management. I will not be returning, and I hope the hotel addresses these issues so no other guest experiences the same distress.

    Love this spot! It's great if you have a Tesla/EV. Clean, quiet, and TVs can link to your streaming services. Free parking and complimentary breakfast.

    When I arrived here, the parking lot was clean and the grass was well maintained. The moment we went inside the lobby area was clean and we were greeted by gentleman at the front desk with a warm welcoming smile. This was on 11/13/25 around 4ish in the afternoon. The gentleman gave me the rates and to top it off he asked what floor would we like to stay on. We have NEVER been asked that. When we arrived to our room, the room was beautiful and clean. This whole experience was amazing. We woke up and went to the breakfast bar “yes real breakfast “ that same gentleman was there helping everyone and giving updates on when the food will be arriving. Awesome location, awesome customer service and awesome room. We will continue staying in the Holliday Inn express

    I really enjoyed my stay here for one night. It was immaculately clean and the bed comfortable. It was decorated modern. It still smells new as it only 3 years old. Service was friendly and helpful. Located in a good location for amenities and interstate travel. Highly recommend!
