    The people here are very nice. The rooms are exceptionally clean. and the Breakfast is so good.So if you're coming through Cairo and need a rest Best Western is the place to be.

    fitness that are nonfunctional. My wife found trash bag with empty beer bottles and dresser drawer prior to our checkout. Breakfast experience very disappointing. Pancake machine not working. Eggs werelukewarm. Hashbrowns soggy.Not much variety.

    I recently stayed at your property from November 22 through November 24, although my reservation was originally booked through November 25. I wanted to share some feedback regarding my experience. Upon arrival, I was greeted courteously by the front desk staff and was checked into Room 209. At first glance, the room appeared clean; however, I noticed toilet paper stuffed into the front door’s peephole, which suggested that it may have been left by a previous guest and overlooked during housekeeping. Additionally, the air conditioning unit made a persistent whining noise throughout my stay. On the morning of November 24, I experienced a family emergency. I informed the property as soon as I became aware of the situation—approximately 6:00 AM—and I returned my room keys by 7:00 AM. Since I was unable to stay the final night, I requested a partial refund for the unused day. I was first told that a refund could not be issued because my reservation was made through a third party. However, I had already spoken with the third party, who indicated that the request was declined by the property’s management. When I spoke with the manager, I was then told a 24-hour notice was required, despite the fact that my check-out was originally scheduled for 11:00 AM on November 25. Given the circumstances and the fact that the room was vacated well in advance, I feel it is unreasonable to retain payment for a night I did not stay. This experience has unfortunately left me dissatisfied, and it will impact my decision to stay at this property in the future.
