    DO NOT BOOK AT Best Western Inn & Suites‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ When we went into our room immediately found ROACHES not just in the room, but in the lobby as well. This is beyond unacceptable. This is a basic cleanliness issue. No guest should ever have to deal with that. Because of the infestation, we left the same night and did not stay. Yet we were still charged. It has now been over 2 MONTHS, and not a single person from this hotel has reached out to fix the situation. They refused to refund us for a room we could not safely use. We also filed a claim through our bank, and the hotel didn’t even respond to them. Charging guests for an unsanitary, roach-infested property and then ignoring them for months is disgraceful. It’s ridiculous that I am not being refunded when I didn’t even stay there and DID NOT receive any of their services we left immediately. The lack of accountability and customer service is shocking. If you value your money and basic cleanliness, STAY AWAY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️

    I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the incredible hospitality. The People The staff and the owner are truly the heart of this hotel. It’s rare to find a team so genuinely polite, attentive, and welcoming. They go out of their way to ensure every guest feels valued, and the owner’s personal touch and presence make a massive difference in the overall atmosphere. The Breakfast The breakfast was a highlight of my mornings: • The Spread: A fantastic variety of fresh options that catered to every craving. • The Coffee: Most importantly, the coffee was served piping hot—exactly what you need to start the day right. If you’re looking for a spot where the service is professional yet warm, and the breakfast is top-tier, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be returning!

    This is the best best western I've ever stayed in every one was so kind,helpful, and welcoming. They made me feel as if I had royal blood running through my veins the were so kind. They were awesome from the moment I walked in The breakfast was great keep doing what you're doing I recommend this as my stay anytime I'm in town and it not expensive as the rest is what makes it so much more exciting about they're service. You would've thought we paid like we were at the Hilton how we were treated

    I have been staying at this property for a while. My go to when I want to get away and relax. Heated pool and whirlpool are a huge bonus. However, my stay on January 31st was very unsatisfying. At check-in the rate was more than the rate I was quoted online. Even showed the front desk clerk. She argued with me, saying that was the rate and tax. My reservation had a different rate. I wasn't recognized as a platinum member, didn’t receive my two bottles of water. The latch on the door in room 230 has been broken for a while. Requested not to be put in that room, because I’m alone and want the extra layer of security. I was told several times it’s fixed. Get to room and guess what, the latch still broken. Requested an upgrade. Was told no suites available for an upgrade. Checked their site all night! Guess what suites available. I used to love coming to this property but it seems all they want is your money! They lost a loyal, returning guest! You didn’t adjust rate for me. I was staying using points and cash! So how did you change the rate for me? A lie! I have stayed in room 230 four times in the last 2 months. Latch has always been broken. Even brought it to the attention of the young lady, a month ago. I can’t speak for other people but if I’m paying to stay at your property, I would like all amenities and doors to work properly! You can stop with the lies! All y’all do! Come with something else! Your team consist of your family! You all think alike. It’s all about money!!!
