  let me tell you before you book your room. it’s a tight space. but what was the most inconvenient is that there’s no laundry room. not even one measly machine of each like the hotel across the street. you’ll most likely only be staying here for a work trip. and they want you to spend two hours of your long work day across the street washing your clothes? about $10 in total to wash and dry a small load of laundry! ridiculous. it doesn’t stop there. they take coins. but the mobile paying option, they want you to download an app on your phone just to pay. if the brand new washing/drying machines are tech enough to have touch screens. maybe go ahead and add payment method right on the machine like a vending machine. can’t be too hard. especially charging you $5 a load. just absolutely ridiculous

  Not enough handicap units. I reserved a room with two queen beds and a roll in shower for my handicap daughter. When I arrived, the person at the desk took my payment for the room and sent us off with all of our luggage and extra items for our handicap child. When we arrived at the room on the 3rd floor, all the way down the hallway, we discovered the room was not handicap accessible. We returned to desk to suggest they gave us the wrong room. He assigned us a new room. Upon entering that room, again with all of our items in tow, we discovered that room was not handicap accessible either. I returned to the desk to ask the gentlemen if he understood what the handicap rooms looked like. He said he was aware. Then why did you not give us what we reserved? He said they did not have any 2 queen beds with a roll in shower (handicap room) available. Are you sure you reserved it? I am not showing you reserved a handicap room, he said. (reservation confirmation in the photos). Why did you not tell me this before you charged my card; I would have found a different hotel? This was very frustrating experience. After we re-entered the non-handicap accessible room, we were offered a room with a one king bed and a roll in shower, with a roll-away bed. I declined; this is not what I reserved and paid for. Clearly this hotel does not either understand what it is like for people with disabilities or they do not care. Considering how the clerk tried, not once, but twice, to put us in ANY room, leads me to believe it is the later. If the hotel actually reads this; think about this... If every room is handicap accessible, then ALL people can use any room, but not ALL handicap people can stay in non-handicap rooms. Solution: You should have cared about the people enough to make all the rooms handicap from the beginning. Why you did not do this is either because you don't understand the needs of your handicap customers, or you were trying to save a buck. 0 out of 10.

  This hotel is really clean. Ms. Sarah was so sweet and put out breakfast out early, she kept the area neat, clean and stocked the entire time. Christine really cared about her job and went above and beyond to make sure I was very well taken care of. My only gripe is no dressers and no closets and it was a 3 weeks stay. No microwaves in the room was pretty inconvenient as well. Overall a 4 out of 5. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Cleaning staff did a good job. Pillows and beds are very comfortable.

  Renovated however... no closets, the windows don't have transparent blinds to show light in the room it's either up or down. If it's down the room it's totally blacked out if it's up you're open to the public. No washer or dryer

  The place is new and beautiful...if I had to say one issue with the room it would be that they have a really small fridge.
