  The room stinks it was I bit run down & old doesn't really deserve the best Western name felt like a motel 6 it's time for a serious remodel or just change the name

  The room was clean and staff was very accommodating. It has a great breakfast with attendant, Nelly, welcoming us and being very attentive to pur needs.

  Nice and fast service with a nice Continental breakfast. Walls are a bit paper thin (I could hear people above me) but I slept well and it was a great experience!

  I had a great stay at this Best Western. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. A special shoutout to Nelly, the breakfast lady—she was so kind and made the morning feel warm and welcoming. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything felt well taken care of. It’s clear that the staff works hard to keep the hotel in great condition. Overall, a very pleasant stay with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others

  Checked in and went to our assigned room. Either someone was already staying there, or it hadn't been cleaned since the last guest left; both beds were unmade and there was a pizza box on the bathroom sink. We went back to the front desk to ask for a new room and the receptionist said, "Well, they're probably all like that." She said it's common practice for staff to mark rooms as ready even when they haven't been cleaned. She assigned us a new room, but said it might be the same. If it happened again, we could try another and hope for the best. The second room had at least been attended to at some point, but had a strong odor like mildew or B.O. The toilet had some kind of trash inside, though I couldn't tell what. It was 3 AM after a long drive so we stayed anyway, but I would never go back.
