We had some valuables and other possessions in the room (which has no safe to use). Nothing was stolen but its upsetting to know that the hotel doesn't care enough to respect our security and privacy. When I'm on vacation, I want to have fun and relax, not worry if my room was left open or if my things can get stolen. I also agree with the review that the staff here have no clue what they're doing. We asked to speak with someone and was just given a business card by the front reception. Would not recommend, and will not come back

Her professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail truly stood out. Michelle made my stay exceptional, and I can’t thank her enough for her outstanding service. Home2 Suites is lucky to have an employee of her caliber.

I asked for a late checkout because my cat was in the middle of surgery and wouldn’t be done until 2 pm . they let me stay till 1 o’clock because I live two hours away and I wanted to be here when she got out of surgery they helped me get her to the room and we’re very, very kind. it made a very stressful situation bearable and I’ll definitely be back
