  Michelle and the staff were Great. I asked for a late checkout because my cat was in the middle of surgery and wouldn’t be done until 2 pm . they let me stay till 1 o’clock because I live two hours away and I wanted to be here when she got out of surgery they helped me get her to the room and we’re very, very kind. it made a very stressful situation bearable and I’ll definitely be back

  Staff was great! Rooms were clean! Highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of restaurants in area as well.

  Great place to spend a nice weekend getaway. The room was very comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly and I felt that the right on the room was extremely reasonable.

  Hello, I recently stayed at this hotel and I had a get together for my daughter. We had about few children. First before I get into my HORRIBLE experience I would like to point out that Michelle and the guy after Owen that worked the front desk were GREAT! The young lady who was working that evening and Owen weee not pleasurable. The young lady consistently came to my room stating that we kept getting complaints. Owen came to my room after 10 pm saying we had gotten complaints and had to leave per the manager and after I asked for the manager to reach out I never heard from so called manager. The cops were also called on us… mind you I brought a stereo and we played music til about 7:45. My family didn’t come by until about 6 and I was already getting complaints at 6:30 pm. Complaints about kids and music. Music wasn’t even loud and I made sure of that. Due to the size of the room if I were to have played music loud I would have had an anxiety attack because of my condition so no it wasn’t loud and hence one of the reasons I turned it off well before 10 pm. Quiet hours are at 10 pm. The sun was still out and music had stopped well before that. Kids will be kids and they make noise and anytime they were noisy like small screams here and there from playing I advised them to quiet down. I even took them outside around 10 pm in the freezing cold to get out some energy due to the complaints then took them outside again later! A cop came to my room around I believe midnight and kind you at the time everyone was gone except 3 girls who were all laying in the bed talking and giggling… so please explain to me, am I not allowed to play music? Am I not allowed to have company that don’t spend the night? Are my children not allowed to laugh or walk around? In addition to that I PAID EXTRA for late check out and was advised my checkout was at 12.. then I was told 1 pm.. mind you it said 2 pm which I showed proof of that. Maybe the employee was misinformed regarding late check out but that was an inconvenience as well. Yea I would never stay here again. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Wouldn’t recommend.

  I am writing to commend Michelle at the front desk for her exemplary customer service. Her demeanor was both kind and welcoming. We were especially grateful that she was able to facilitate an early check-in for us after a lengthy flight. The cleanliness of both the rooms and the overall establishment is remarkable. This hotel is highly recommended.
