    Jack the NA was outstanding. He assisted me at 2am and truly demonstrated what genuine hospitality looks like. Despite me being 14 hours away, he showed incredible care, urgency, and a clear drive to go above and beyond to help. As someone who manages a Holiday Inn in Kansas City, I can confidently say employees like Jack are hard to come by. If he ever decided to relocate, he’d have a job with us in a heartbeat! An absolute asset to this property.

    Crack in shower floor. The room needs a deep clean I could not sleep because something in the room was bothering my asthma and allergies. The staff could benefit from customer service training. Full breakfast was not available as at other Holiday Inn's.
