Despite me being 14 hours away, he showed incredible care, urgency, and a clear drive to go above and beyond to help. As someone who manages a Holiday Inn in Kansas City, I can confidently say employees like Jack are hard to come by. If he ever decided to relocate, he’d have a job with us in a heartbeat! An absolute asset to this property.
