Helped us get the right room, I sleep light. She is knowledgeable about the area and gave us some tips of where to go and how to get there. Beds were comfortable, room was quiet and breakfast was ready as we were leaving. I recommend this place and will be back. Thank you, Leslie for all of your help!

First one, I've been to many Holiday Inns and this by far has been the best stay. The rooms were updated, modern, and CLEAN; my parents are older and they were even impressed how accessible the bathroom/shower was. I was hesitant to book at first based on the reviews. When looking for hotels, I don't care about the front desk staff or any small hiccup but I prioritize cleanliness and care if they will be a roach or a damn bed bug where I lay my head! There was none of that source, the staff came to clean the room everyday which is a first because in many hotels they do not come to clean daily. Breakfast food was okay but that is to be expected it is not a 5 star restaurant. I loved that it was served daily and they bagged the food (bagels, muffins, etc) in Zip lock bags!!!! The front desk staff was great, easy to talk to and easy to make request for additional towels, etc. Great experience and will certainly be coming back again. Lastly, I love how small it is compared to other Holiday Inns felt more personal able. Great job!
