My company required I have a paper receipt and I stood at the front desk waiting on someone for over 20 minutes. The phone rang a couple of times while I was standing there and no one showed up. I was almost late getting to my event I was in town for. This is poor customer service.

No matter what we put it on, it read 76 or higher. Things break and malfunction all the time, but when I went to inform the front desk of the issue, there was no remedy or offer for any accommodation. Matter of fact, the lady at the front desk didnt even write it down so maintenance could look at it the next day. That's terrible customer service.
