  I reserved a room but they wanted a deposit and I didn't have it, so I cancelled, I never checked in or slept in the room, then they charge me for the room, and I called to get a refund and guy wants to investigate it. They take your money whether u stay or not

  My experience at SureStay Hotel By Best Western Brunswick was very disappointing. I arrived with a confirmed and fully paid reservation through a booking platform. At the front desk, the employee told me there was no reservation under my name, even after I showed proof of payment and the confirmation on my phone. I contacted the platform, and they verified the booking and spoke directly with the hotel. They even provided me with a new confirmation number. However, when I returned to the front desk, the same employee insisted there was no reservation and told me that if I wanted to stay, I would have to pay again in cash at a higher price. In addition to the lack of professionalism, the staff’s attitude made the situation even worse. The way I was treated and looked at made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected as a customer. I do not recommend this hotel. There are better places that actually respect their guests and honor confirmed reservations.

  The WORST lodging we have EVER had. I booked it thinking I was booking a Best Western... I had to wait 20 minutes for the desk person to show up. The shower curtain looked like it had just been crumpled up. The bath mat was filthy (photo), the shower ceiling looked moldy (photo) and the bath door was rusted and the vent was filthy (photo). Facility should be closed by the health department. The water also had a foul odor. I can't believe that BW lends its name to this establishment.

  If there was a zero I would check it Stay away dirty hotel very very bad Hole in wall of the bathroom which obviously they thought was ok to leave !! carpets so dirty they were unbelievable!! Towels were unbelievably dirty too !! Supposed to be white but you could see all the dirt and grime on them from previous guests can’t believe anyone would think they were ok to put out for next guests!!! And owner sits there thinking all is great rubbing his hands thinking another mug just booked in and more money for me !!! ? So dirty we left at 4 am in the morning could not stand to be in the very unclean room any longer ,the refrigerator had insects in and I’m not to sure wether the bed had too as were were scratching all night long didn’t even get a shower as that was also not what you would want to get into !! Stay away !! No elevator not luggage trolleys had to drag cases upstairs to rooms We stayed there as everything was full , wish I’d slept in the car !! Would have at least woke up feeling clean !! Stay away dirty hotel!!!

  Worst room I have ever stayed in. Bed linens had stains, towels were very dingey looking, bathroom ceiling had water stains, room looked nothing like pictured, walls needed painted, bathtub mat was filthy (it was folded as to look clean but when you unfolded it, it had black stains and appeared dirty). Also, the bed was lumpy. I would never stay here again.
