We were on our way to Charleston & needed to stop for a night. This was the perfect stop and Robin at the desk was so friendly & helpful. Great location and multiple things around for food that was quick & easy. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable one night stop, then this is it!!

Comfortable modern room. Issues we had: heard the people next to us until 1:30 AM and the highway noise all night due to thin walls. Loud HVAC system. No coffee pot, no microwave oven, and no freezer to refreeze your cooler cold packs. Checked in and they said our dog fee was $75. Redicilous! Can't understand the good reviews, avoid this hotel.

⭐️⭐️ (and honestly, those stars are doing a lot of work) Let’s start with the positives because credit where it’s due. The check-in staff was genuinely kind, helpful, and informative. A+ humans. Also, the hotel looks new and clean. Bright, modern, very “this could be nice.” Unfortunately, that’s where the joy ends. The walls are so paper thin that I didn’t just hear our neighbors, I bonded with them. Full conversations. Every word. Every tone. Every late-night ramble. This continued well past midnight and escalated into what sounded like them beating their dog, which is not exactly the kind of immersive experience I’m looking for on vacation. I came for rest, not surround-sound trauma. Sleep? Not really an option unless you enjoy lying awake wondering if you should call someone or just accept that you now live inside a true crime podcast. And then there was the shower. If you like your showers aggressively lukewarm, you’re in luck. If you want actual hot water, adjust your expectations. I turned the knob all the way and was rewarded with a temperature best described as “sad bathwater.” Nothing wakes you up quite like a shower that refuses to commit. So yes, the hotel is clean. Yes, the staff is lovely. But between the see-through walls and the half-hearted water heater, this stay was less “restful getaway” and more “why am I paying to be stressed?” Would I stay again? Only if my goal is to eavesdrop, shiver, and reconsider my life choices.

The rooms are in need of sound proofing. The walls are so thin that you can hear the next door neighbor's snoring. It disrupted my sleep multiple times. The bathroom provided to me was below average in terms of setup. There was no sink stopper for the sink. The body wash was completely out. Lastly, the "hot" setting for the shower is lukewarm at best.
