This place is PHENOMENAL! Rooms were beautiful and very fairly priced. The front desk people were so nice and helpful. Outside are plenty of large patio spots to sit outside and relax. Overall great experience.

With the exception of the bathroom, the room and experience is what you’d expect for this level hotel. I insist on checking the cleanliness of the bathroom prior to settling in, unfortunately we did not and came across some awful findings.

I leave this review as an Honors member since 1988. I do not know what's wrong with the people running this chain!! Combining Hiltons with other brands so when you check in, the other branded hotel (literally the same hotel but on one side) gets the traditional welcome bags, and the other is told there are 2 waters in the room at no charge? One brand gets the Continental breakfast, the other has to go to the restaurant and pay? And dynamic pricing, so in the end BOTH were the same price but our room was tons smaller without the full fridge? We arrived at 4.30, hoping the rush to check in was over. Only one poor guy at the check in desk. Long lines, people's keys didn't work, one couple's room was already occupied. He stayed calm but where was the rest of the staff? The hallways are dark. It felt like post war Europe. Comfortable bed. But Hilton bedding used to be the best. Now it's average. No more single soaps in the bathroom, okay. But having the sink soap pump mounted to the far right, so once you pump it into your hands, any part you drop ends up on whatever you've placed on that side? And the towels. Just okay. Far from what they used to be. As to the rest of the bathroom, four words suffice - single ply toilet tissue. We are dinner at the hotel restaurant. Good selection of N/A beer, and they served a terrific cheeseburger. But the chicken wings, ordered specifically as an appetizer, arrived after the burgers. And were not good. Smelled like the cheapest brand of chicken. We left most of our order. No decaf coffee in the lobby. They were lovely about giving us extra pods for the Keurig, but since when does a hotel lobby have three large containers of coffee and zero containers of decaf? We're staying in HGI's all week. I'm hoping this is not indicative of the corporate changes everywhere!!

Absolutely fantastic experience! As a local, I don’t often stay at hotels in our area, but when it came time to book our company Christmas party, the Hilton Garden Inn exceeded every expectation. Ruth Griffin truly went above and beyond to make the event exceptional. Her communication was outstanding, every detail was thoughtfully handled, and the food exceeded everyone’s expectations. They also offered rooms for guests attending the party, and every room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The downstairs bar is well stocked and a great added bonus. We truly can’t say enough good things. Whether you’re planning an event or just need a place to stay, you can’t go wrong with the Hilton Garden Inn. Highly recommend!

Such a lovely property! Restaurant, pool & near I-95 & CCGA! BUUUUUUT, they need to re-train the very young front desk staff. I understand this generation of overgrown children with feelings made of glass, however when my room isn’t ready at EIGHT FOURTY FIVE PM (8:45pm) you do not get to have an attitude when asked a SIMPLE QUESTION. When the un-named young lady was asked “Can you explain what’s going on?” It was met with (seriously) “I’m sorry but there’s no need to be rude. I think you need to speak to someone else!” -I did not even raise my voice, just a firm ‘can you PLEASE explain to me how my room isn’t ready & now my CC is frozen?’- It felt like talking like a hostage negotiator was the only way to avoid upsetting this snowflake. I’d rather check in with AI… Grow up Lacey, you’re at work not elementary school. For mgt: 12/12 8:30pm if calls are recorded, I suggest you take a listen. PS I stay at the Home2Suites on the same property all the time. Never a problem. Guess that’s where they put the grownups…
