However, the shower in our room went cold after only a few minutes. We tried calling the front desk but the phone in our room didn't work. The lady at the front desk was very nice and was going to let us use an empty room across the hall to shower in but she realized after opening the door that there were guests in that room! They hadn't properly checked them in and didn't know that room was occupied. When we asked for maintenance to come up later she told us there was nobody on site to call.

The TV was small and a replacement for the built-in that was previously there. There was no listing of channels for the TV. The lamp shade on one of the bedside tables was worn. Again, all of these were little things but the little things do add up. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was excellent.
