  Another Hilton renovated property, this Embassy Suites isn't a new hotel by any means - so if you're looking for shiny bright and new this isn't the one. If you're looking for pet friendly with a housekeeping staff that keeps it clean - this one's for you. Through no fault of operational staff, I will add that as a Hilton branded property, Hilton could stand to give more support to thorough renovations, they deserve the time and attention to replacing old light fixtures as surely as all the other stuff that did get renovated/replaced. Those details add up big time in the overall impression a property leaves.

  Nous avions grandement hésitez à causes des avis maps puis on voulais le super petit d'un embassy ! L'estomac à guidé notre choix 1. Petit dej décevant pas à la hauteur d'un embassy, qu'elle déception... 2. Chambre propre, très grande, fidèle au embassy, pas vieillotte. Pas au reflet des avis récent, ouf 3. Salle de bain très propre pas moisie, par contre très long pour avoir l'eau chaude (chambre 320). Et wc qui recharge tout le temps même la nuit. Heureusement la partie chambre à une porte 4. Hotel agreable et calme 5. Pas de sentiment d'insécurité comme noté Pas de problème au parking , effectivement près d'un centre commercial et d'un cinéma, walmart pas loin 6. Très bon accueil 7. Pas le plus confortable mais pas le pire non plus

  The only main issue was with the housekeeping staff trying to push me out of my room early. The main reason I booked the room was because of the 12:00pm check out. At 11:00 am I get a knock on the door from the housekeeper asking me if I was staying over another night. I was confused because it was only 11am and I had my do not disturb sign on my door. I asked her is checkout at 12pm and she stated that it was @11:40. I knew she was lying because when I checked in, I verified the check out time. Even if it was at 11:40am, why are you still knocking on my door at precisely 11am? I preceded to call the front desk to verify the time and the young lady stated that the check out time was at 12pm and she didn’t understand why she would do that. She was very nice and professional and apologized for the inconvenience and she would notify the housekeeping manager. I told her that this is an issue with a lot of the hotels in town with the housekeepers trying to push people out early. It’s ridiculous to spend money for something and not receive what you paid for. I will be contacting corporate.

  I stay here for work. Its convenient. The pool is outside. NO HOT TUB👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 The rooms are dated and well worn. I dont think Embassy built this place... I think they took it over. I sense they are planning a hotel rehab on the property... there are so many little things wrong, I cant imagine they arent. They talk alot about free alcohol drinks every night. not helpful to non drinkers and those working on sobriety... not sure if its local or corporate culture. Staff is kind. Beds are comfy. I'll continue staying here when traveling for work.

  I travel rather frequently and target Hilton properties. This is one of the better Embassy Suites. The rooms were in mostly good condition. That small gap was made up by exceptional service. I had dinner and breakfast here and was very pleased with the quality and especially the staff who served it. I will definitely return.
