  I took this trip for my birthday, to rest and relax. I was please with how I found our rm. Front desk was so helpful and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay. It wasn't noisy. Water pressure was good and hot. When I travel again, this will be where I will stay...5stars

  This hotel is VERY CLEAN & the beds are very comfortable the lady up front was so nice at check in made it so easy & she offered us cookies & made sure we were not allergic to nuts what a GREAT NIGHTS SLEEP

  Overpriced, gaudy decor, no amenities. Breakfast is not included in the inflated room price. Coffee is available in the lobby starting around three dollars and some change. Tiny microwave positioned in a cabinet about 5'5" high. Hope you are tall enough to read the labels on the buttons. You'll have to press and hold the stop button to unlock the door. Though that is not clearly labeled. My room was missing a hook for towels. Not a big deal but, the hook was blatantly there at one point. Front desk service was kind but ineffective at dealing with a particular issue. My honors number was not able to be added to the stay. The initial representative said they would leave a note on the account. No one followed up so I asked again the following day. The second representative was unable to help. No one from management has been in touch. Oh, well. ...que sera... Overall, I would stay away from this property. The aesthetic is fancy but the value is low.

  The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous and patient. YALMIR was a very nice housekeeper. The hotel was extremely clean and I really liked having wood floors in the bedroom instead of carpet. The bathroom was very large and clean. The restaurant was a little expensive but very pretty and also clean. I recommend that they have a vending machine. They do have a little gift store with coffee and snacks, but not that much. It would be nice to have a vending machine on the different floors. We enjoyed our stay.

  We were headed north and a snow storm was developing where we were headed so we pulled into the nicest Brunswick hotel that we could find and it was the Doubletree by Hilton Brunswick. The front desk person was a lady named Kristen and she turned out to be the nicest, most accommodating individual that you could hope to find. She set us up with a reasonable priced room that turned out to be really nice. Everything about the Doubletree in Brunswick is first class. From the lobby to the restaurant to the staff. I'm not happy that our trip was interrupted by bad weather but I am so glad that we decided to stop here. I hope that we can find a reason to stay here again. Hopefully without the snow next time. Give it a try, you will be glad that you did. Doubletree by Hilton Brunswick is simply the best. And the warm cookies at arrival were like the icing on the cake.
