- EEEveDec 24, 20252.0I really wanted to enjoy staying here. My father and I came days in advance so that he could help book it using points and cash for my fiance and I who was coming from out of state. The days leading up to staying here I boasted about how nice Priya, the manager, was to my father and I and how helpful she was. The hotel is adorable and I thought the rooms would be too. I drove 6 hours to and from the ATL airport on the day of check in to get my fiance. When we got to the hotel and I tried to check in, the employee working the front desk, Kathy, said she needed my credit card. I dont have a credit card. We had set it up with Priya to use my father's card for the stay. After some back and forth Kathy called Priya, im guessing, and we were able to check in. If you're traveling with a dog you can only get the two queen bed rooms. So dont expect to get a king if you have a pet with you. The room was okay but the bathroom was the size of a small linen closet. You practically have to step into the bathtub to close the bathroom door and it is VERY claustrophobic in there. If you're not stick thin you will have a hard time. The second mishap came when my fiance went to get breakfast at the lobby for myself and him, on my birthday, and he was told he couldn't bring food back to the room for "health and safety reasons." Eventually he was able to bring breakfast back for me and it was just okay. Overall, an ok place to stay. I've stayed at a lot of Best Western hotels and this was by far the least friendly and felt more like a motel 6 than a hotel owned by a company like Best Western. 5 stars for Priya, but other employees could use a class in treating everyone with respect and customer service. I definitely won't be coming back here again. But I really appreciated Priyas help with the booking of the room and her conflict resolution skills.
- ASAmy SavageNov 17, 20255.0My second stay. The hotel is excellent with a rock exterior, brass numbers, clean and tidy with modern feel. The owner was on site and manager Priya is very kind . The breakfast was wonderful with outdoor tables and cloth tablecloths for breakfast. The breakfast is above average for a free hotel food. They are always improving in one way or another. We look forward to our next stay!

Breakfast was really good - biscuits and gravy, eggs, sandwiches and more. I am a semi-regular visitor to the area and this will be where I stay going forward.
