Recently renovated, the staff is friendly, rooms were clean, and they have the new single cup coffee makers (best decision holiday inn ever made btw). My only complaints were the bed was a little hard and the wifi was a bit spotty and was slow, but, I would stay here again.

Housekeeping was very courteous. Things to think about before booking here - 1) the single elevator is incredibly slow. Stairs are much faster, even if you are the only person getting on the elevator, 2) the ac worked very well in our room, 3) the shower head worked, but poured out instead of spraying, 4) if you are hoping for good restaurants around the hotel, consider booking a hotel in downtown Bainbridge. Should've could've would've - I just didnt do my research given the short trip.
