I seen some of the reviews on line and I expected the worst. Once we got settled in we have received the best experience. Jazmine made sure that we was comfortable and her attitude was very professional. Even the front desk was very professional and knowledgeable. Even the pool was heated and the breakfast was good as well. I highly recommend this place. And it’s a run of restaurants in walking distance. If you come to Augusta this is the place

The pool and hot tub were clean and fun to enjoy. The breakfast was great with a nice variation of items to choose from. 10/10 would definitely recommend! It was a Great Stay! And Special Thanks To Alphonso and Kiombi, you guys were fantastic!

They were personable, professional, and happy to check you in and help out with anything else you need. The manager greets the guest with a smile and makes you feel very welcome to the Holiday Inn Express. We stayed in the suite which was supposed to be a weeks stay, ended up being an unplanned two week stay. The rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Housekeeping kept my room clean and supplied as well as clean bedding daily. I noticed any one of their employees would help us with anything we needed and would follow through with our request. I was very pleased with our family’s unplanned extended stay. We travel a lot across the states and I highly recommend Holiday Inn Express Augusta North if you are looking for a nice, clean and welcoming place to stay in this area. I also recommend you wake up and go down for breakfast and meet Andrea as she is there early every morning preparing your breakfast while you get ( much needed) extra rest. She’s a very happy friendly person and she’s ready to greet you with a friendly smile and great conversation. She is the sweetest person and we really do miss her, she was the best part of our trip!! you’ll walk away happy even if you’re not a morning person. Take the exit you won’t regret it and I really hope this helps anyone who’s looking, I most definitely will be back. We miss you Miss Andrea!
