The general manager went out of her way to make our family feel welcome at breakfast. They were down on staff and she was taking care of the food and cleaning the tables and common areas as people were leaving them. Excellent stay!

- LRLeo RlOct 23, 20253.0Welcome to living in a low quality apartment disguised as a Hilton! Hilton decided to construct this place to extract every dollar out of it. Living on the 4th floor - hear the machine fans from the roof for free. Anything done about it despite complaints - nope. Living on the 2nd floor, hear the upstairs folks walk around or drop something on the ground. Welcome to the concept of minimal sound insulation to keep construction costs low. If this is what the "Tru" brand is, I am going to have to avoid it. Management was informed about 4 room changes due to these issues, do they reach out - nope. This comes from someone who stayed here twice in one week. First time staying, hotel not crowded, so it appeared fine. As soon as it is at capacity or close to it, not worth it. The rooms here are worth $75-85 a night at best, not north of $100/-.

Breakfast area was exceptional clean and provided an assortment of breakfast foods. Hotel is new being only couple months old. Safe area to stay.
