This hotel has the potential to be amazing! This is due to the staff and the restaurant ONLY. I spent 5 days here and had issues with the plumbing all but 1 day. The hotel is in need of major renovations, as a matter of fact the renovations were taking place while we were there. Tyler is wonderful, kind and willing to make anything that goes wrong right immediately. Our hot water had issues the 1st day, the hot water ran cold within the 1st 20 mins and that's how I met Tyler. I promise he is a super human, he fixed the issue that day but by the 3rd day we had to switch rooms and eventually the hot water heater qas removed from our old room. The 2nd to last day we were in our new room, the hot water ran cold AGAIN. Our superman Tyler came and reset the water heater. This time the water stayed hot until the day we checked out. I absolutely loved some of the staff thatvi came in contact with such as; Nikki in the restaurant is such a beautiful soul and her hospitality is truly a southern charm. Kind, warm, very personable and willing to make sure each guest that dines in has not only great food but outstanding service. Kelle at the receptionist desk is as wonderful as her warm and genuine smile, extremely helpful. Joshua and Norman who were wonderful Bell's men, also greeted us with a smile and made sure we were taken care of. Norman even came to our room to help us move the day we switched rooms. Besides the hotel needing renovations and having hot water heater issue, it was good.

It’s a beautiful and historic hotel with a lot of character. Rooftop bar is cool too and the hotels restaurant has decent food.
Parking is $25/day and rooms are a little older as expected for a historic hotel but everything is clean and comfortable.
My room was a little too noisy as it was next to their restaurant on one side and right next to the road on the other side. I requested to see if I could get an upgrade as a diamond member and unfortunately they did not do it although practically most of the hotel was empty during the time I was staying. That is the only complain that I have and other than that everything else was good.

Me and my boyfriend came tonight for Valentine's Day, and it was our first experience at the Partridge Inn. We made a reservation at 8595 for 8:30 about a week ago, and we were very excited for the Charcuterie board and Steak. We arrived about an hour early hoping we could sit and wait somewhere for our reservation. We arrived at the 2nd floor and realized we needed to wait in a 20-ft long line of other couples, and thanked God that we were early. Nobodies reservations even mattered at that point! People from the back of the line were literally coming up to the host and bullying them into getting sat immediately. We stood around until 9:00, and I was in heels and felt like my feet were going to fall off by the time we got sat. It took our server a good minute to get to us, and he took our whole order immediately. He was nice, but obviously extremely busy and didn't have much time to check on us. Our charcuterie arrived quickly and it was DELICIOUS. But then our entrees arrived and we were pretty disappointed. Personally, the cut of my steak was pretty atrocious to be listed as 14OZ and $60. The gravy on top was also.. not the tastiest. It was basically a crap-show and they allowed way too many reservations to be made, overwhelming their staff and limiting the customer experience. Moral of the story; do not go here on a busy/holiday night in hopes of receiving the top-tier experience you expect at their price point.
Edit: they had us back & gave us a meal voucher due to this experience. Everything was exceptional this time around. We were able to have a more 1 on 1 experience, and we will definitely be coming back! (not on a holiday again lol!)

It was absolutely beautiful, very quaint and cozy. The room was Just right with an extremely comfortable bed. And the balcony we had was huge, it had a great table outside. We had breakfast right on the balcony during sunrise.
The rooftop bar is fabulous and the food from the restaurant is super good. We had the steak which was really delicious and lamb chops and then for breakfast we had eggs Benedict and an omelette. We loved everything. Hank in valet is amazing, his customer service is top-tier! Thank you so much Partridge inn it was so fun being with you guys!

I stay in the Augusta area regularly and enjoy staying away from the busy areas of Augusta. It is clear the hotel is old and is attempting to highlight the charm and old building can have. The rooms are spacious and the beds are as expected for a Hilton Property, but the details are not quite there. The bathroom is well lit and the shower has hot water, but the paint was not applied with any detail along with the caulking that was finished by someone in a hurry and without skill. There is a constant low hum in the building that affected my sleep and hurts my rating. I didn’t have any food at the hotel and the stairs in the middle of the third floor hallway make it charming but a challenge if you have a big suitcase.
