Just wanted to express my gratitude to this historical place and its charming staff. It’s the best hotel but its humbleness keeps me coming. Starting off with the best bellman’s ever Norman and Big Teddy. Further in front desk is awesome with Saana being amazing and cheerful. My rooms are always smelling good and spacious. Beds are like clouds, the best beds ever. With any technical issues Mr Broderick is always prompt. Also will like to thank MiMi for my extra towels and amenities. Whatever you guys are doing keep it up, I shall return….

We had a wonderful stay at the Partridge Inn. This historic boutique hotel is beautifully designed and full of charm, with so much character throughout. The staff truly stood out—they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We witnessed them handle a very difficult guest who was causing a scene in the lobby, and they were remarkably gracious, calm, and respectful throughout the situation, which really speaks to their level of service.
The rooftop views are stunning and absolutely worth taking the time to enjoy. Valet parking was smooth and convenient, making arrival and departure easy. (Phenomenal location in the city, also!) Overall, a lovely experience and a hotel we’d happily recommend and return to.

Stayed during the week between Christmas and New Years and it was so cozy and charming. Everyone we encountered was so friendly. I recommend their restaurant for breakfast and dinner/drinks. The food was delicious and the service was even better. I look forward to making this a yearly stay. Thank you for your hospitality!

Overall, I would give this hotel 5 stars. We were there over the Christmas holiday and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I got sick the first day and the hot water by the coffee wasn’t holding heat. So I went to the restaurant multiples times a day that week and the restaurant staff kindly gave me all the hot water I needed for my tea. The room itself was very clean and they spread out guests so it was pretty quiet which was why I chose this place on the first place. It is on the pricer side but everyone was so accommodating that it was worth it. My only two negative comments is that one, there is no microwave in the room and that when we arrived, we were never told anything about breakfast or the fancy Christmas breakfast buffet they offered. I only learned about the restaurant in the first place because I overheard another guest talking about it. It would have been nice to know there was a Christmas breakfast or really anything but no microwave and no mention of a restaurant. So, not thrilled about that. But, not upset enough to give less than 5 stars. I’ve stayed in multiple places in Augusta as my in-laws live there and I haven’t found anything I like until I found the Partridge Inn. I imagine we’ll be back. I definitely recommend.

Do I recommend this hotel? Only if you're looking for a certain experience. The photos are outdated, so it's best to look elsewhere for accurate representations. We stayed in a balcony room but didn't use the balcony because the floor felt unsafe due to its softness in several spots. The shower was dimly lit, to the point where we had to leave the curtain open for light. The bartender on the top floor seemed clueless, serving us a drink that was half Coke and half diet soda. One of my drinks was just Coke, and the others were diluted. We weren't the only guests complaining. The staff lacked friendliness and helpfulness. The TV service had a poor connection. However, Nikki at breakfast was fantastic and provided great service. Again yes I understand its old but its to the point im tired of spending money at places and there's never an out come
