I don’t know how this hotel has 4 stars on Google. The staff is mostly friends but the rooms are nasty. They don’t vacuum or mop. The only service is trash and bedsheets. They don’t touch anything else in the rooms. I’d recommend washing the dishes before you use them. I wouldn’t go barefoot around the room at all. The breakfast is small and had very bland food.
The tv is small and sounds like crap. For the process they are charging you’d expect more from comparable hotels.
Oh and the WiFi is terrible. My phone hotspot is much faster.

This is our first time coming to this hotel and I absolutely love it here!!!! What I didn't expect was our room has a small kitchen which is very nice! (the other hotels we usually go to dont have a kitchen in the rooms) Also, our room has separate bedrooms so that another person can have the other. Also the breakfast they have at this hotel is really good. If we come back to Augusta, we will be definitely coming back to this hotel!

I booked through priceline, but the desk clerk mistakenly charged my card as well so I was double charged. They promptly ran the refund when I bought the error to thier attention. So Im without that money on a holiday, but will see it back in a week minus the 10% 3rd party service fee for the transaction. They can't be expected to pay for thier mistake so it comes out of my pocket. Lesson learned. May seem like a deal on priceline, but the merchant gets thier money with the hidden fees. Also appears priceline.com may be using targeted pricing as booking late on the night before a holiday resulted in priceline charging me 7% more for the room than the direct charge from the merchant.

Before I go into detail, this hotel was currently in the process of renovating. So I won’t penalize anything against them because they are trying to get better.
When we arrived, the check in was super easy and we were greeted by staff. They involved us in the social event which they have Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday which had some nice food.
The room we checked into was a two room suite. (Since I was traveling with my kids) the master bedroom was very spacious with a king bed and nice bathroom and the other had the same but it was a queen. Nice living room area and kitchen.
There was one small issue with the bathroom door in the kids room which my daughter brought to my attention that the door didn’t shut properly so I talk to management and within 15 minutes the handyman came and fixed it. There was another which the lower right side of a panel that was broken but seeing as we were only here for 3 days I considered it not to be an issue.
My wife told me that our daughter complained about blood on her pillow cover and that she hadn’t had an injury so she didn’t know where it came from. So we took the covers and things off the bed hoping that housekeeping would give us new but that didn’t happen. I had to go down and ask for new covers. I don’t know if they communicated this or not but the manager was going to say something to them but like I said to him maybe they forgot and it’s fine. I have what was needed and we’ll take care of it.
They breakfast is fair and good. It’s got your staples of waffles, eggs, toast etc.
The parking is free and there are plenty of spaces during the day. The location is in a nice area of Augusta. You can walk to a lot of places. Not much noise since you’re close to the highway.
We were on the fourth floor and the hallway were always nice and clean. No smells or anything out of the normal when it came to the carpets.
Overall, I really don’t have anything negative to say about this place. They are working to get it in a better shape. I was obviously not thrilled over the lackluster housekeeping but we made due. Along with the current work that is going on to the building I hope that would spill into the service/housekeeping
I can say that this will a great place to stay and would recommend to others. If we come back to Augusta this is a hotel on my return list.
