So, this was my first Homewood Suites stay and I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of the rooms and the friendliness of the staff. Our room was spacious and had everything that we needed. They had a Wednesday evening Manager’s reception that had food (not just snacks), beverages (a wide variety), and games. It was a great opportunity to relax and have fun and meet the staff. The Manager Brittany was very hospitable along with the rest of her crew. They also have a traditional, hot breakfast daily which also had some great choices. Ms. Lutricia made sure that the food was hot and the food area was immaculate and that everyone was treated like family. The location was close to the highway and shopping. I will definitely stay here again when I’m in the area!

The daily breakfast was delicious, and the kitchen staff treated us like family, always attentive and caring in their service. The front desk team was outstanding. Everyone was friendly, responsive, and eager to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The suites were spacious and provided plenty of room for me and my three adult sons. Even the pull out sofa was surprisingly comfortable and easy to use. After this experience, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in the Augusta, GA area.
