I am a Diamond member, maybe it could have been conveyed upon check in knowing we can ask for it. I even offered to pay for it... I sent an email and the GM, Brittany Reese responded with oh so sorry but we don't have to offer it as we are independent. They have listed on the website information regarding the pool for the season...why not list that or have it conveyed at check in. I could have gone somewhere else and better as the heating system is also wonky...gets very hot then blows very ice cold.
