WiFi in the room is spotty and gets discounted constantly. Impossible to use it for meetings and calls. Even checking emails is by luck. Lobby breakfast area wifi is stronger but music is very loud and annoying. Facilities is poorly maintained. Changed room twice right after check in. Leaking toilet in first two rooms. When we were given the third one, the front desk staff told us no more change. Then he toned down when I said to him the room isn’t at living standard and you are telling me no more change? Only one elevator is available. The other one is out of service so average wait time is 3 minutes. Service is subpar. Left the room around 10:30am on Sunday. Returned to our room at night and the room was not made the entire day. The front desk person told me it's probably too many people checked out. Then two coffee machines were out of order on Monday morning. No one tried to fix it.
