Was treated so well by Jason and Asha that we decided to stay another night at Augusta. Great employees of the brand. Can't say enough other than. Great job. Would recommend and will be staying here again.

No on-site laundry and the parking is horrendous. Worst holiday inn express I've EVER stayed at in my life.

Dee was great, Asha, Zabre.. But they really need to get rid of her! I will not be back as long as she's THERE. ZABRE let me know she'll handle the problem

Traveling for work is exhausting so it was so nice to arrive a little early and my girl Mrs. D already had my key cards ready for me. 🥹 She was so welcoming and made me feel at home. Breakfast is so good too. Now I'm excited for my next work trip!
