Dora checked us in and was able to recommend an amazing place to eat. Our room was spotless and bed comfy. Our breakfast was superb! We were well taken care of by Mona and Kay, making sure the hotplates were always full. Kaylin at the front desk found scissors for us to use to cut some moleskin for my husband's toe blister. I realized I had left my bluetooth eye mask behind the next night. I believe it was Dora again who came to the rescue. Our room service staff had saved it and Dora set it aside to be shipped. I sent a prepaid bubble mailer and Dora just called me to let me know it's on it's way! I can't express more my appreciation for the superb customer service!

- DLDeb LudfordOct 14, 20255.0A short walk out of town. This hotel is pretty much like other Holiday Inns. Ebony on reception gave us the best welcome that we’ve had in our week long road trip. We’re from England and she helped to make our stay that bit more enjoyable. The rooms are as you would expect, comfortable and clean with toiletries and a great view of the sunset provided. Breakfast wasn’t as good as other Holiday inns that we stayed in that week. It was lacking in lots of areas. No yogurt, the pancake machine was out of order. I had to ask for cutlery as the tub was empty. Lots of biscuits and gravy and egg. But I can’t eat eggs and biscuits and gravy is a breakfast food I find very strange.
