    Just want to rave about your hotel!! Room was great but your staff was amazing. Myself and my mother were traveling alone back to Florida from Tennessee, having breakfast at 6am January 10th 2026,Felicia the breakfast manager had everything looking fantastic when 2 people walked in who weren't staying in hotel, she informed Tamika the overnight manager who at that time engaged the two people and asked if they were guests. They gave her a fake room # and she said there isn't anyone in that room. They still tried to enter hotel when Tamika firmly but very professionally handled the situation and they left. Thank you ladies for honoring Hilton standards and for making us two women traveling alone feel extremely safe!!! On our next trip we will for sure comeback because of both if these awesome employees!!! Also outdoor fire pit was a super bonus with cold weather approaching. Shout out to Angie who checked us in the night before... Great Personality

    My husband and I have stayed at this hotel a few times before when we’ve come into town for the holidays, but it will be the last time we book here! The young lady who checked us in did provide great customer service but that was the only good part of this “stay.” We checked into our room, ignoring the mild mildewy smell, I pulled back the sheets, and there was hair all over the bedding. Disgusting. I called the operator, informing her of the situation, and she assigned us to another room on the same floor. We got to that room, it was more disgusting than the first! Hair on the sheets, hair all over the floor, the silver shower drain was propped up against the shower wall and it just felt gross. We went downstairs with our belongings because we chose not to take another chance with another filthy room. The same young lady who checked us in checked us out and we were on our way. Needless to say, I’m super disappointed with the whole experience. I hope whomever was responsible for cleaning those rooms will be given the opportunity to explain why the job was so poorly done or maybe even be retrained, but something needs to happen in order to provide better service.

    Stayed here for a weekend. Hotel is nice with what probably was the best shower outside of home. The staff was exceptional, especially Angela at the front desk. She worked 2nd shift Friday when we checked in. She made some recommendations for eateries. She worked 2nd shift Saturday when our dog hurt his leg. Angie was quick to give us gauze and tape for wrapping his leg. The only minor issue is the road leading to the hotel can be a bit dicey turning into from the northbound lane of Washington Rd. But it is convenient to restaurants, shopping malls, & parks.

    This place was amazing we stayed overnight and no complaints. The halls, breakfast, rooms, and everything was very clean and no odor. I want to give the front desk lady Ty (spell check) a shout out she was AMAZING. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s hard to find genuine service and she provided that.

    left at 4am on business travel requested a receipt was denied after several requests she printed it ...got on the road stopped for gas down the road saw that the receipt she gave was wrong receipt.... I stay at Hamptons for business travel weekly and finding that customer service, the quality of the employees has declined...they aren't as professional in conduct and dress...the presence at front desk not as in the past sad to see this happen always appreciated your flagship consistency across the board in the past
