  This place was amazing we stayed overnight and no complaints. The halls, breakfast, rooms, and everything was very clean and no odor. I want to give the front desk lady Ty (spell check) a shout out she was AMAZING. She was extremely friendly and welcoming. It’s hard to find genuine service and she provided that.

  left at 4am on business travel requested a receipt was denied after several requests she printed it ...got on the road stopped for gas down the road saw that the receipt she gave was wrong receipt.... I stay at Hamptons for business travel weekly and finding that customer service, the quality of the employees has declined...they aren't as professional in conduct and dress...the presence at front desk not as in the past sad to see this happen always appreciated your flagship consistency across the board in the past

  Stayed here two nights this lasted weekend! Took our dog with us! Employees were all super nice! Room was super clean and had a good amount of space. Breakfast was good! Pool area looked super nice and clean. Lots of restaurants near by to eat at. Location was kinda sketchy, just outside the hotel more near the road. Other than that we will definitely by staying here again if we are in the area.

  I don’t normally post reviews about places. The majority of the front desk employees were friendly. The morning of checkout, I woke up later than I’d like and was running behind. That’s my fault. I called down to the front desk to ask if they could put a luggage cart on the elevator for me and I’d be waiting to grab it on my floor in an attempt to save a few minutes. The immediate response I go with any thought from her side was “you can come get it!” with attitude. I said you can’t just put it on the elevator for me? She said “we don’t have someone here to deliver carts”. Mind you, when I went to get the cart, there were 2 people at the desk. I get it, there aren’t bell hops. I’ve never stayed in a hotel that does have them. A simple I’m not able to because I’m helping someone at the desk or it’s our policy at this particular hotel that we are not allowed to do that would have been an understandable response. I would have given the customer service 5 stars before getting that rude response and I wouldn’t have left a review at all. I’ll choose a different Hilton in the area next time. The rooms are recently renovated here and are in a nice condition. Location is slightly difficult to get to if you’re having to turn left from Washington Rd to get on the road the hotel is on.

  I have stayed at Hilton products since 2004 at least 30 times a year. Now retired I stayed at this Hampton Inn and was disappointed. They did not tell me my room would not be made every day. On the first day I informed front desk my alarm clock did not work. They did not replace it. The shampoo container in the shower was empty and I did not have my own. I had a similar experience last month at a Hampton Inn in Stroudsburg PA. The service and quality has definitely declined. I still have a lot of points but will not be using them at Hampton Inns.
