    Clean room & property. My husband is tall so the high shower head was great & good water pressure. Continental breakfast was standard. The only items to point out was the toilet is uncomfortably low. Feels like you are sitting on the floor. Awkward getting down & up. No bathroom vent/fan. Breakfast/ front desk staff didn't even acknowledge any guest because the front desk person was too busy going over things that needed to be done & general chatting. Just a good morning greeting would have been nice. I watched the entire time we were at breakfast. Nothing at all to any guest.

    I stayed to this hotel first time as this was my first visit to Grovetown for work, stayed whole week, Room was nice and clean, they do room service daily which was a plus, closed and very convenient as well, I would want to give five star but only reason I’m giving four star as per of front desk service experience I had night before I was checked out. Saturday afternoon I stop by at front desk before heading to my room and asked I favor for late check out as Sunday I had to go to work and need to be back Sunday around 1pm for freshen up and change work cloths before heading to catch my flight from Augusta to Philly, She literally denial my late check out request even I’m being Diamond member, what kind loyalty as Diamond members??? Her excuse ( not sure it was valid or not) was without manager’s approval we can’t allow for late check out? That means to me if manager not present on property, diamond member loose the privilege ? Seriously? I hope someone take this seriously and escalate that to next level so Loyal member don’t get frustrated 🙏

    I liked this Hampton a lot. The staff was very nice! The bed was very comfortable, the air unit was quiet and the room was clean. It was a fairly quiet location with many surrounding restaurants and convenience stores. We stayed one night to attend our niece's wedding in Appling. I recommend this Hampton.
