    We recently checked in for a five day stay at this hotel. Location was very nice, quiet area right off the main road, not sketchy at all. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were all incredibly friendly while we’re here. Breakfast was great and offered good options. I wish I could say our whole experience was good, but it was not. When we arrived we inquired about the gym hours and were told to use it anytime…they neglected to mention the gym was being re-modeled and not open at all. We were traveling for a sports tournament as were several other guests and were not told the laundry room was also down for re-modeling, causing quite the predicament at 10pm one evening. This was incredibly frustrating. The icing on the cake was that during our five day stay we never had housekeeping come in. Sheets were never changed and the bed was never made. No clean towels, our dirty towels sat on the bathroom floor the whole stay. The trash was never taken out, ZERO cleaning. They never even entered the room. When we addressed this with the front desk staff, we were given an excuse. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where housekeeping did not come and clean. I don’t even let my own home go that many days without a wipe down, making the bed, and clean towels. It was gross. I did call the corporate line the night before checkout and I did file a complaint because this was not ok. For what we paid, we were very very disappointed and would not stay here again. Unfortunately having very very sweet front desk staff doesn’t cover up for the lacking of promised amenities and housekeeping.

    My mom stay with a friend at this hotel and she fell in the shower and broke 4 of her toes and when she checked out the room and to some young girl that she fell the young girl claimed she was going to inform her manager about the situation and no one has contacted my mom so now I'm getting a lawyer for my mom now due to the fact she fell and broke 4 of her toes it's pissed me off cause my mom injury and I not happy with the situation she has to go to have surgery done on her foot.

    Hotel was nice and is being renovated. Front desk associate was nice at check in,apologizing about not getting the king room I booked due to renovations.
