  Meh. A lower end Hilton option. Rooms were reasonably clean, but lots of stains. Room was showing signs of age. Front desk staff not particularly welcoming, seemed annoyed. Breakfast was expected - waffles, hot prefab eggs and sausage, yogurt. Diamond status doesn't afford any extra perks here.

  Just okay. Bed not comfortable at all. Kind of a worn hotel. Shower doors didn't fit right and needed some tile work. No body wash in showers if that's important. Have to use shampoo or bar soap. Breakfast wasn't very good. Hampton has the worst coffee of any hotels in this category as far as I am concerned.

  Was very pleased with the service from Lisa at the front desk. Very clean room. Nice king sized bed. Having the tv say welcome to us was a very nice touch.

  Pretty much an excellent experience. Bathtub did not have a drain plug. Beds were comfortable. All in all it was pretty nice.

  We recently checked in for a five day stay at this hotel. Location was very nice, quiet area right off the main road, not sketchy at all. The lobby was welcoming and the staff were all incredibly friendly while we’re here. Breakfast was great and offered good options. I wish I could say our whole experience was good, but it was not. When we arrived we inquired about the gym hours and were told to use it anytime…they neglected to mention the gym was being re-modeled and not open at all. We were traveling for a sports tournament as were several other guests and were not told the laundry room was also down for re-modeling, causing quite the predicament at 10pm one evening. This was incredibly frustrating. The icing on the cake was that during our five day stay we never had housekeeping come in. Sheets were never changed and the bed was never made. No clean towels, our dirty towels sat on the bathroom floor the whole stay. The trash was never taken out, ZERO cleaning. They never even entered the room. When we addressed this with the front desk staff, we were given an excuse. I have NEVER stayed at a hotel where housekeeping did not come and clean. I don’t even let my own home go that many days without a wipe down, making the bed, and clean towels. It was gross. I did call the corporate line the night before checkout and I did file a complaint because this was not ok. For what we paid, we were very very disappointed and would not stay here again. Unfortunately having very very sweet front desk staff doesn’t cover up for the lacking of promised amenities and housekeeping.
