I get up at 5 every morning, the breakfast doesn't start till 6. That's fine. I understand... but they refuse to make coffee before 6, no matter how many times I have ask. And i've been asking for all of whole week now.. They say they're manager, told them to not make coffee until 6. From now on.....
i'm a diamond member at Hilton, but I'm also an elite member at Marriott.. they always have coffee ready by at least five , no questions asked. And no attitude given when you asked about the coffee in the morning. I'm supposed to be here for 2 months but I I'll be going to the Marriott for the rest of my stay.

We live local and wanted a nice break and decided to get a king suite with a hot tub and when we arrived we found mold under the sink and in the bathroom. The carpet was stained pretty badly and the beds looked like they had reused the bedding to remake the bed. I tried to run my wife a bath only to have to call them to turn up the hot water which we were told it was to the max and after a tub of water was ran it was Luke warm at best then my wife saw snot on the side of the tub and of course declined the bath. We were moved to 4 different king suites and shown 6 or 7 rooms and all of them were in the same manner even having blood in one bathtub and they didn't vacuum because rose petals were all over the floor under the edge of the bed where they were obvious. Also glitter was in every room. We witnessed a prostitution transaction in progress and shady deals going on which made my wife feel very uneasy and unsafe. After a conversation with Hilton and our credit card company we left and just went home. It was the worst hotel I've seen or stayed at in over 20 years , the website is very deceptive with the pictures but we will not be ever returning to this particular location and we travel a lot so we have a lot of experience with hotels, resorts and air bnb. I hope this helps someone in their choice of where not to stay.

This was disappointing due to the fact I stayed in a double tree hotel before and this wasn't anything like I expected. The bathroom was smaller than a locker and the shower was falling apart couldn't have the bathroom door open while I was inside. The handle was on backwards for the shower. So the hot was cold and cold was hot. The toilet wasn't attached to the floor bolts missing so Everytime you used it it would move. This hotel will fool you from the outside. Beautiful lobby and front entrance, but the rooms are extremely outdated!!

Very comfortable and quiet but oddly they seam to skip a lot of small maintenance tasks especially in public spaces and conferance rooms. Noteable missing or mismatched lightbulbs in fixtures. Bathrooms in conference area have needed repairs to their stall doors for years. Side entrance doors seam to slam or are mishung in their frames and don't properly close.
