Choice this hotel because I've always had good experiences staying with Best Western and the standards for clean comfortable rooms is something I prioritize. Was not disappointed at this location and would definitely stay here again when I come to the area again! Staff was super friendly and accommodating and made my stay pleasant.

KAyFeb 1, 20261.0My stay was anything but pleasant after check in with constant noise from another room on the fourth floor they smell of weed in the hallway they’re constantly slamming doors little kids sound like they’re jumping off the beds and running around adults yelling this is totally unacceptable I paid my money just like everyone else here and can’t even get a good nights rest while being snowed in if possible would of left and asked for a refund worst possible experience at a hotel ever I called the front desk twice one before 11:30 the other after 12 maybe they were scared to correct the other tenants but here’s a word of advice if u can’t control who occupies your business maybe not let them stay

We noticed in our first morning (Jan. 7) that the yoplait yogurt had expired on December 20th.. we brought it up to the staff and all she had to say was that it was just received last week. They didn't replace them the rest of our visit.
