If I come back to Augusta I would choose to stay here again. They made the experience for sure. The location is top tier. The hotel is near multiple food options, grocery stores and sweet treats spots.

Just about every time we go, there is an issue (a minor one) with a room (phone doesn't work, bed busted, a/c unit isn't working correctly) BUT the friendly, hard-working staff ALWAYS take time to fix it and/or give us a different room without an issue. The staff's awesome attitude is what keeps me coming back!!!! :)
