  This property was really nice. I enjoyed my stay here. Accessing the entrance after a certain time Was confusing the first night. I was traveling alone and in a different state so I was a bit confused. Overall the room was clean the staff was very nice and helpful, especially the lady that assisted me with check out she was such a sweetheart. Ms.Yolanda Ross the security guard was the highlight of my stay. She was soooo amazing. She saw I was traveling alone and maybe could sense I was nervous, but she was so patient and helpful and kind and funny. She someone who would most definitely make me come back. It wasn’t even her night to work so I was very grateful she was there. Please tell her to said thank you for all she did that night I am forever grateful!!!!!!

  The front desk personnel were very friendly and professional. The hotel and room was beautiful and clean. However similar to other comments we did not have any hot water for the majority of our time there and especially during peek hours at night and morning. Additionally we did not receive any house keeping for the 3 days we were there even after multiple requests. Finally the walls must be very thin because we could hear all our neighbors conversations at normal speaking volume. Overall would not recommend.

  Only microwave is in the lobby, online says check in is at 3, receptionist said check in isn't until 4 so I had to wait an hour, no clear instructions on how to enter the hotel, there is a button you push and wait for the receptionist to allow you in and people were waiting for 10-15 minutes to be allowed inside to check in and this isn't exactly the safest area in Atlanta to be standing outside with all of your belongings water in the shower was freezing cold, HUGE crack in the tank of the toilet tank, not functionally a big deal but kind of a put off, something you would expect to see at a budget hotel. Only think really going for this place is the view, but the street traffic is pretty loud all night

  I cannot speak to the review of other customers of this property, but my experience was very easy and light. From arriving & dropping my vehicle with valet, to the check-in process, the process was smooth. The property is thoughtfully decorated and includes original structures. The bar restaurant staff were friendly and generous. If I could offer any feedback, it would be to include a microwave in-room or in the lobby for guests to use - and more consistent stock for the kitchen. 🤭 I look forward to a return visit!

  I only stayed a night for a concert. The hotel was so close to the arena and I liked it. Angel and Tracy (front) were AMAZING. The valet people were polite. Everything was really good besides the shower room.... it was dirty. Hairs on the wall, boogers on the sliding door... the shower floor had black fuzzies.. it was unfortunately midnight when I showered so there wasn't really much that they could have done since it was too late. I was really disgusted by it... Everything else was good tho.
