    My husband and I stayed at this hotel on our wedding night, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived after midnight, and the front desk staff seemed confused about our reservation. We were initially checked into a room that was already occupied, which was both alarming and unacceptable. After returning to the front desk, they apologized and provided diner vouchers for the inconvenience. When we were reassigned to another room, it was located next to an exit door that had been wedged open, raising safety concerns. While the room itself was clean and spacious, it did not meet the expectations we had for such a special occasion. The issues did not end there. After checking out early the next morning, I received my receipt and noticed an additional $30 charge for drinks we did not order. I contacted the hotel multiple times over several days. Each time, I was given inconsistent information—first being told the charges were valid, then that they could not locate them, and later that the issue was under investigation. I was even asked to send screenshots to prove the charge. After repeated follow-ups, I was eventually told that a refund had been requested and was awaiting manager approval. This entire process was unnecessarily time-consuming and frustrating. Overall, this was a very poor experience, especially for such an important occasion. I will not be returning and would not recommend this hotel to others.

    Hotel and room smells like sawdust. AC didn’t work. No sound deadening so could hear everything happening around our room. Bathroom does not appear to be up to code, missing exit ventilation.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Hotel Indigo Atlanta – Vinings. I prepaid for my stay through a third party, and at check-in I was told my card would only be used for incidentals. However, after checkout, I noticed multiple additional charges from the hotel. When I called, I was told to contact Expedia—even though the charges were clearly from the hotel. The customer service representative hung up on me. Expedia later confirmed the hotel admitted the charges were a mistake and said I would be refunded within 48 hours. Instead, I woke up to yet another charge. The lack of communication, billing errors, and unprofessional customer service made this a very frustrating experience. Be sure to monitor your account closely if you stay here.

    Spent two nights here last week and we were not disappointed. Location was great and parking was ample. When we checked in Jolene was so helpful and answered all our questions about traffic and travel times and distance to attractions and she did it all with a smile on her face. Anytime we had questions the staff were wonderful. The hotel is getting a facelift so there was some construction but it really had no impact on our stay at all. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

    TERRIBLE experience and my reservation hasn't even begun. I booked this hotel for talent I have coming to town for a commercial production. I reached out to get a credit card authorization form so they can check in, using my card, without me there. This is typically easy and takes about 2 minutes with any other hotel. The person did not seem to understand but did not say to me there was any issue. After a long time she put em on hold then abruptly transferred me after saying she was emailing me the request. The new person did not introduce themselves just started doing...something? I asked if there was a problem and she immediately said there's no problem, you need to not have attitude. I was asking for clarification about where we were in the process. She then proceeded to tell me she would not help me and hung up on me. I was likely direct, perhaps slightly annoyed, but never rude or had attitude, not even close. More confused than anything by what the issue was with a usually simple request.
