- VVVictoria Verunac6 days ago5.0CIERRA was very welcoming and warm when we checked in and checked out hotel was in a fabulous location walking distance to various parks although I will say the bathroom was a bit tiny, but understandable with history behind the building. Fox Theatre is what the event we were attending, which is right across the street primo location for that.

I’m halfway through a two-week stay, and they've only cleaned my room once, and that was only after I requested it. What’s the point of staying at a hotel if they never clean or tidy your room, even a little?

Don at the front desk had all the advice we could need. At breakfast, Cecilia took great care of us and was a wonderful ray of sunshine to start the day.

I have never smoked in my life but received this bill after I left saying their sensors detected that someone smoked in my room. This is false and I I contacted the hotel but never heard back. I am extremely disappointed in the customer service. This is such a SCAM. I stayed here for a wedding because of the location. It was a great location but small room. The sink water shot out of the sink every time you turned it on. They also charge $50 a day for parking, not advertised when booking.
