Terrible customer service. Was charged $20/night for parking with no vehicle in one of my rooms. When I disputed the charge they said it was based upon check in and although 2 rooms were booked I was clear to say we only had 1 vehicle checking in. Working in customer service I would say the right thing to do is to only charge parking for the number of vehicles parked there but they only even responded to my request after multiple attempts and then said they would not waive the charge even though there was no vehicle in the 2nd room. IHG should do better. The location works for people traveling in and out of Hartsfield but clearly they just bank on one time travelers and no repeat business. Stay elsewhere if you have a choice. Good customer service is always an option. They choose not to give customer service.

I never give reviews on hotels, restaurants, etc as I owned a restaurant for many years so I always let things slide - but I couldn’t let this one pass. This hotel needed to be renovated 30 years ago. Everything in the room is old and dingy. The hallway smelled like mold. The AC didn’t work so very uncomfortable.
We went to the restaurant for dinner. The server/bartender (Mary) was EXTREMELY rude and unfriendly. She was friendly with one man that seemed to be a regular customer but was outright hateful to everyone else. Also, my drink contained orange juice. The jug of orange juice was sitting in front of me and the expiration date was 1 month prior. She should not be allowed to work with the public.
My husband and I are diamond elite members as we travel frequently so the dissatisfaction and disappointment was over the top.

Legit had a bug crawling on me in the bed, then I had to kill like 20 ants. Others had a bug problem in their room and got a refund but when I asked for a refund I was told only the manager can do it and they were not there. I told them to have the manager call me and leave me a message, they called and never left a message. Also a worker legit OPENED THE DOOR to my room while I was in it without knocking. I booked for 2 nights and only stayed for 1 night with no refund for the other night. A very disgusting place.

I’m here to share that I had the worst experience at the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. From the abundance of ants found in our room(and spiders) , to an employee walking straight into our room without even knocking… good thing myself or my daughter wasn’t getting dressed.. to the lack of accountability where we are calling to speak to a manager and our call is being transferred and sent to voicemail multiple times instead of the situation being handled… it’s 90 degrees outside and the pool is closed! Absolutely absurd. I will be letting everyone know not to stay at this location.. college park airport Atlanta location ! What a terrible experience as we were here from out of state for a cheer competition. Hugggeee thumbs down! 👎

Needed a room by the airport, this one is 3 mins away and was comfortable. The parking was $20 a night and a nightmare bc everything is blocked off (I'm assuming security reasons) They put a $150 hold on your card even if the room is paid for (not accepting cashapp or venmo cards) Not sure how long it takes to get it back on my card after checking out. The hotel is huge and no elevators were working. Staff was very friendly though & I felt safe there, which is a big plus. I also doordashed food and they wouldnt let the dasher to my room, I had to travel all the way to the front counter to get it which was a pain.
