  The hotel is conveniently located. The Marta streetcar stop is close by and is $1 to ride which is easy to get to the main tourist places. Rooms were clean and the air works great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. You will have to pay to park or pay to valet. Breakfast was great with several hot and cold choices.

  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Downtown Atlanta for a concert. The room was smaller than I anticipated but it worked perfect for the time I was there. I will say, its best for 1 person- if 2 ppl are staying in the room together it might feel a bit tight but otherwise it was very Clean, quiet, and quick access to everything around. I'll definitely be considering a room here the next time im in ATL.

  It has what you need. I will say though, be prepared to wait a minute (or several) to check-in or out. Once it's your turn the staff is great, it's just a bit of a wait when it's busy. Also, listings and website imply they have their own parking, they do not. They have valet parking off-site that they access. It's fine, but pics I had seen in reviews showed parking onsite, and a very different hotel entrance. Turns out it was for another location. This one does not have free parking, only valet offsite. The reviews with pics of a covered drive up entrance are not for this site.

  This hotel was the biggest disappointment of our trip. Blow dryer didn't work, no where to plug in chargers on the night stand except behind it. When you pull out the nightstand it's cruddy, full of old dust and and what looks like even a little mold. The toilet and shower are enclosed in a very tight little space. The shower seems to have regulated heating so hot showers shouldn't be expected. The sink is outside of this space and a part of the open room so make sure anyone staying with you doesn't need that privacy with the sink. The room is very small with 2 beds in it which leaves very little space to work around. Refrigerator is just cool, not cold. Oh, and the traffic outside the window all night is an added bonus. Oh, by the way, do not ask for a cot for a child because you will get a look like you are crazy. For breakfast it wasn't anything to write home about. Pancake machine did not work properly. Took like 10 minutes to get 2 small pancakes. But with all the other issues I guess we should have expected it. I find it a real shame that this hotel has been let run down like this. It's in a great location with what looks like a decent base building. Corporate of Holiday Inn needs to be ashamed of themselves. Do they want to stay in these conditions? I think not.

  Fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn in downtown Atlanta (Cone St.)! We stayed for two nights and had two rooms; I am extremely amazed. The location is exceptional—only a 5-10 minute walk from most major sites in downtown Atlanta and surrounded by excellent restaurants. Our room was absolutely clean and quiet, and the bed was comfy. A special shout-out to Adonis and Brettany for the very wonderful front desk experience that my kids and I received; they're very welcoming and kind. Since I started this trip, I have been through a lot of headaches and disappointments when I sat down in that lobby with my kids waiting for an answer from my bank (longgggggg story). Instead of simply sitting down and apologizing that “there was nothing we could do,” they repeatedly asked if everything was okay, if I was okay, and if my kids were okay. They had no attitude at all and instead treated me and the kids with kindness and understanding. We are visiting Atlanta for the first time, and I can assure you that before coming here, all I saw were negative reviews. I was nervous and worried. However, these two proved me wrong; thanks to their assistance, I'm already preparing for my family's next trip to Atlanta, and I'll be returning to the same hotel because of these two amazing front desk associates.
