  I loved the entire experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and hotel itself are very clean and comfortable. I always enjoy this hotel.

  I had my Family Reunion here in 2024. Excellent location and service. We had to pivot and change the location for our Saturday Fun Day from a park to the banquet room at the hotel. The Owner and General Manager was so kind and helpful with accommodating our needs. The rooms were nice and clean as well. Will definitely use this location again. 🥰😍

  room was nice and clean, bed was super comfortable, breakfast was also nice.. overall everything was good from customer service to the room to breakfast and the location is good neae everything, not to far of a drive to downtown atlanta would highly recommend, definetly will stay there again

  My initial experience with the sales representative that handled the Spider-Man convention with Doctor Michael Davis was very bad. She let another person that's not handing me know that I need to put in another payment card because of original car wasn't working. That was not good at all for her to do that to disclose personal information about my car. I explained to her that my car was compromised for two days before I got to the hotel so she sent me a form to fill out for a new car to put on fire which I did. Even though she sent me a link and told me I should feel it out before 3:00 check in that day, which I did. When I got to the hotel my room was canceled, and they tried to charge me the regular room rate. However, I thanked God that the front desk agent that was on duty made a call to her supervisor. I don't know if she had any luck talking to her but, she was able to see the original form that I submitted, and and everything went well after that. No one wants to come from out of town and experience something like this. Kudos to the front desk agent that went over and beyond to get me checked in under the group rate that I initially applied for. And might I add that the TSA at the airport was on strike there the airport workers was overworked underpaid and overcrowded I was very tired when I arrived at the hotel I am glad I didn't have to stand at the front desk and debate about what happened to my room.   Felicitar a este personal. Muy comprensivos. Llegué un día tarde por cancelación de vuelo y en la factura no apareció la noche que no estuve. Cosa que no pasa en otros hoteles. Es de agradecer gestos así cuando los viajes se vuelven complicados. Muchas gracias
