  Daphne welcomed us and was very professional & courteous getting us checked in. Alice was attentive and very courteous to us in the restaurant. Neeko was the chef in the kitchen and we had a Southwest salad with salmon & another with roasted chicken. They were OUTSTANDING! Thanks so much for a great stay!

  Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $ a night and stay at the IHG - Tucker off the same exit. I have stayed with both hotels multiple times and this location has been a let down each time, aside from the smoking habits that linger in each hall, the staff’s comparison is night and day. The night staff refuses to allow you to request late check out, whereas the other hotel is gracious enough to learn my schedule and person by name and inquire about my check out time. This hotel’s night shift staff tells you that check out is at 11am and then hangs up in your face and refuses to answer your calls past that. As a night shift pediatric ICU medical professional it’s not only highly unprofessional, but incredibly stressful to leave an environment with such high stakes just to enter into such an unwelcoming environment such as this. Disappointed is an understatement. Trust me - do yourself a favor and choose the other IHG. This is a 24 hours place of service and your high shift staff should be trained accordingly. This hotel is lacking in all aspects of the word.

  Best experience in ATL, moment I walked in I was greeted by Daphne the receptionist and she is the sweetest!!! They made sure I had parking available for the Cardi B truck. Very clean rooms and I can’t forget sweet Alice the bartender we had such a great conversation. Read the latest reviews it’s under new management and they are doing and exceptional job. Thank you to the team there. I will be back soon!!

  I had an outstanding experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The check-in process was smooth, and I immediately felt valued as a guest. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm and inviting, making it easy to unwind. I was especially impressed by the level of customer service—every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Whether it was answering questions or offering recommendations, they were always helpful and friendly. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future!

  This hotel is fairly priced so set your expectations within that constraint. There are obvious efforts to improve the quality of the hotel and service. A massive amount of furniture was recently removed. The staff has mentioned more upgrades coming. The following are some notable things I've observed that should be brought up to date: 1. The gym has an old treadmill and other equipment. They look like they've been exposed to the elements or maybe water leaked on them. There was obvious rust. They could use a real mirror, not reflective plastic. 2. The elevators' inspection is a year overdue for inspection. That was concerning, despite they seemed to work well enough. 3. The room had obvious signs of water damage in the ceiling that had been painted over and the double pane window lost its seal. It was filled with moisture and deposits. I stayed for a month and survived although I was sneezing a lot. For the most part, staff is very friendly. Cleaning crew was great! The bar and grill staff were excellent and the food was good. The hotel hosts were largely very friendly and handled guest check-in efficiently. I'd reconsider staying if you're a corporate professional that needs to work remote all day. The management abruptly put me out of my room despite a week ahead of what I booked. They sent cleaning staff to my room to notify me at 9:30am despite checkout time noted as 11:00am and I was working. When I checked with the front desk they were set on their plan to move me without even a warning the previous night so I could prepare to shift my belongings without work interruption. That was a bit humiliating. I suspect they're trying to avoid losing a small amount of money due to certain possible tax exemptions. They just don't seem to respect or understand the corporate remote worker. One female staff suggested I use a wiggler app to make it look like I'm online. Fortunately, I don't do those types of things. I have real work to do. Someone in management did not respect that. Also, this location claims to be a smoke free hotel but you will smell smoke. There is zero enforcement. They nearly penalize you for reporting it, asking me to move rooms. I smelled cigarettes bleeding into my room every night, nearly. Weed will be in the air often. I mostly smelled in the elevator. This is good news for smokers. No one will bother you if you smoke. Despite that experience, this hotel has a lot of potential. I'd suggest checking to see when all of the work is done.
