Luxury Hotel prices, Holiday Inn services. Waking up to NO HOT WATER is diabolical. This is my second stay 12 months apart and it happened both times so it's not coincidence they're trying to cut cost. The shower has a half glass with no door, so your glutes are freezing while you shower - again I think it's to cut cost and prevent hot water usage and long showers. The in-room air units have a sensor, so while you're sleep it WILL turn off. The only way to turn it back on is to get up and walk around the room.I 100% could not sleep due to waking up to walk or waking up covered in sweat. Another cost cutting measure that decreases guest comfort. You are unable to connect your own streaming device or gaming system to the TV's. The buttons on the remote control are there for display only. I was given a $18 per day room credit but "coincidentally" the bar didn't know how to apply it so again, I was ripped-off. The front desk is little to no help. On top of that the restaurant applies an automatic 20% gratuity PLUS a convenience fee even though I was at the restaurant eating it. Typical Atlanta, the charges are astronomical and the service is less than sub-par. And I'm not a cheapskate by any means, I just expect a certain level of service when paying a considerable amount of money! I've already gotten the "we apologize" email. No need to copy and paste it.

I stayed at the Wylie hotel for 2 nights absolutely love it. The entire staff was amazing I absolutely had to come on here and write about my experiences. The valet team is absolutely incredible all of them were so nice and helpful. The manager Ken was so nice and friendly. I will most definitely be staying at this Wylie from now on as I visit Atlanta weekly for work.

AMAZING STAFF! Starting with the valet everyone we interacted with was top tier. The two ladies at check in were amazing and super helpful. The bar staff were amazing! Loved the overall vibe of this boutique hotel. The rooms are small but very well done and thought out. The decor feels vintage in the best way. Super convenient to many shops and restaurants. Would stay here again.

My husband and I were celebrating our 20th anniversary, and we so enjoyed our stay at the Wylie Hotel Atlanta. From the Concierge to the valet, everyone went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and welcome. Not to mention the fact that the Ponce City Market is located Practically Next door and so many other restaurant's within reach. Everything at the hotel was made to feel personal and beautiful. We went to a formal event and they made me feel so beautiful showering me with compliments and rushing to get the car door. From Champagne and chocolate chip cookies upon our arrival to the Latte in the restaurant when we left we enjoyed our experience and we will be back. Special thanks to the front desk staff. They were wonderful and are all hand pick for the job.

We had our wedding reception here and it was truly perfect from start to finish. Every staff member — from the front desk to the restaurant staff, Trinity our coordinator, valet, and bartenders — was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. Our suite was amazing, and the reception space was decorated beautifully. Everything ran seamlessly: vendors were able to set up without issue, valet ran smoothly, food was served hot and on time (the tasting we had was just as nice), and the bartenders were wonderful. They even kept track of our guest book we thought we lost! The food and dessert were both excellent, and the staff even helped us with the music, which made the evening feel effortless. The entire reception went off without a hitch. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and highly recommend the Wiley Hotel for a wedding or special event. Trinity deserves all her flowers for her quick and thorough correspondence and attention to detail!
