  Enjoyed my stay. Shout out to the male front deak agent who was working this past weekend. He was going above and beyond. The only thing that really needs to be improved is the valet. It was super clear you were understaffed. When I pulled in the hotel, the line to enter the hotel was backed up down the street. Likewise, about 6 hours later I needed my car again, and the line was still backed up with the valet taking over 10 minutes to pull my car around. He was in the car....but he couldn't get into the property because of the backup. When I checked out there seemed to only be 1-2 valetmen working so the really awesome male front desk agent (longer hair I forgot his name) went to get my car. I was not expecting a hotel like this to have such constant issues with the valets. You need to address this.

  Perfect. Exquisite. Impeccable. Luxury at its finest. Every detail from breakfast presentation to the spa bathrobes in the guest rooms was elevated. Superior customer service - professional and courteous. The bellman, front desk, and restaurant staff were DELIGHTFUL. Cleanliness immaculate. The height of hospitality luxury. Once you experience the Waldorf, you don't want to stay anywhere else!

  Although we did not stay in the hotel, we dined at Brassica for dinner on Valentine’s Day. The bar experience, dining and valet was exceptional. Our valet Jermaine was a rockstar and very kind! Appreciated the overall experience and ambience. Only feedback was the flounder was a bit off but honestly for a holiday evening it was pretty amazing.

From the moment I arrived, Abusalt, the manager who checked me in, was incredibly cordial, professional, and kind. He made the check-in process seamless and welcoming, ensuring every detail was handled with care. His warm demeanor and genuine hospitality immediately made me feel valued and appreciated as a guest. Jermaine, the bellman, was equally impressive. He assisted with my luggage promptly and went above and beyond to help with any additional needs during my stay. His professionalism, attentiveness, and pleasant attitude truly reflected the high standard of excellence this property is known for. Because of team members like Abusalt and Jermaine, my experience was not only comfortable but truly first-class. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to returning soon.
