The hotel is gorgeous-- definitely not just a paint job and logo change. The common space is design forward, warm and comfortable. The room was beautiful and thoughtfully appointed. The beds were amazing. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

The entry level doesn’t have a closed, just some hangs in the wall and no mini fridge as well. But the critical party is… walls are super thin. Rooms in the ground floor are horrible because you listen steps from the room above… 2nd floor as well because water pipes are louddddd… Service is a flip of a coin. Some of the employees are super friendly others close to be rude… location is a good place in between downtown and some great areas like piedmont park

The room did vibrate some 😆 Not sure what that was about or what caused it. It was also in good proximity to Ponce Market, where we went to see a show at City Winery.

The complimentary champagne was even quite pleasant and enjoyable. The room was nice. Lack of a closet was a tad upsetting but me a d my wife managed. What was disappointing was the noise level inches room. We were on the 3rd floor and could hear ever single footstep above us. Even the ambient noise outside was a bit annoying. I think that's why they so generously supplied us with a single pair of earplugs. I would definitely come back as I really like this place but would definitely request the top floor.
