- DWDaisy WalkerSep 29, 20251.0I stayed at this location on 9/21-9/23. I checked in on 9/21 around 7/8pm and everything was fine. The next day after coming back from a very important doctors appt, I just wanted to relax and my room key did not work . I go to the front desk and was told my reservation did not exist in their system. I told the guy at the front desk I checked in on yesterday with no problems. He proceeded to tell me that the 3rd party I booked from did not pay them so the reservation was canceled. I told him that has nothing to do with me and I paid for my room and will not pay another fee. He called his manager I was told I could not get a room key and that I had to be escorted to my room. I was so embarrassed being escorted like a criminal. When I got in my room my room was not cleaned. I called Hilton customer care and was sent a generic email by Lamont Johnson. I responded back to the email asking for an update and a phone call nothing has happened. I have not been refunded my $75 and today is now 9/29. I have not received any type of compensation let alone an apology. I will never book w/ Hilton again. If anyone reads this review please stay away from them.
